Great communication from the team. Flexible with the build and made the cabin to fit my space. No issues at all, delivery was even earlier than originally expected. Assembled with a day and a half and no criticisms to add.

The customer services team were very helpful and the replacement handle for our cabin arrived quickly.

Every component present and correct, went together with no issues - satisfying DIY project.
Windows and doors especially are of very high quality.

Absolutely over the moon with the new summerhouse . Communication was great and managed to get it all painted before the rain came . It took 6 weeks to be delivered and put up . Can’t fault anything

We had a sauna cabin last year and are very pleased with the product but have a couple of reservations around the advice given on treatment and on the installation itself.
Firstly the cabin itself is superb: solid and well designed and after a year has stood the test of time well thus far.
Then we come to the installation. There was an advance warning when the delivery driver spotted the three installers sitting in their car and told me they were not helpful. And he was right: they didn't come out to help the delivery man at all although it was a very bulky load and extra hands would have been very useful.
Then the next problem came. The instructions clearly stated that plastic risers should be used to enable ventilation and help protect from moisture. As we were not asked to provide these the assumption was that the installers would provide them, but no. One of the installers told me that they had only used these a handful of times over the years when the customer had provided them. If I had known I would have bought the risers myself! With some reluctance on the part of the installer, I got one to drill holes into the joists so as to at least create some ventilation. Later the company called me to say that the installer in charge had rung them to say I was interrupting the work. Of course I was if I saw something not being done correctly!
Aside from that issue the installation went well and they were clearly very experienced.
The second issue was the advice given by the company on treatment of the cabin. I was repeatedly told by the company that it was ok to leave the cabin untreated over the winter. Luckily we ignored that advice, got lucky with the weather and followed the instructions which clearly state that the cabin should be treated inside and out as quickly as possible but in any case not later than 2 to 3 weeks after assembly.
But overall very happy with the product!

What can I add to perfect? Amazing company and staff, nothing too much trouble and their expert assistance and guidance second to none. Although our modest little cabin is only 3x3m they still cared. The delivery guy and installation team were incredible, we were a little worried at first but both brilliant and they all had been there and done it all before. We started looking at garden centres and had several quotes but after finding Summerhouse 24 to be extremely good quality and reasonably priced, I cannot recommend this company enough.

Summerhouse 24 have been a brilliant company to deal with from start to finish . The bespoke one bedroom cabin we bought from them is built to a very high standard and represents good value for money . The team of staff at the company have been so professional patient , efficient and very quick to respond to all our queries . They have been so helpful and knowledgeable throughout. I would highly recommend this company .

We had a very good experience with this company. They (in particular Jacob) were very helpful and answered our many questions prior to ordering. We also selected some customisation to our 'Eva' Cabin. Delivery went well with no missing parts and the quality of the building is excellent. Our installer (who we arranged) even commented on the high quality. So all in all recommended both for customer service and the product. We'd definitely use them again.

Very impressed with the ease of ordering and arranging delivery. But, slightly to my surprise, all the bits fitted beautifully and end result much better than expected.

Very disapointed. I bought a Container Home from them, it arrived damaged and had been very poorly designed. It reaches 50' celcius in summer (in the UK), and is freezing in winter. Nor does it have sufficient ventilation—it's a black steel greenhouse with literally no openable windows.

Having tested the unit for air quality, it was severly poor, with high levels of formaldehyde and poor VOC.

I battled with it for nearly 2 years, trying everything to make it suitable, hoping it would be seasonal, or get better as the unit settled. It didn't.

Customer services basically avoided any responsibility, claiming it was sold as seen.

I'm stuck with a £20k+ container home that is unusable. Shop somewhere else, ideally somewhere that doesn't import products, and for this kind of money get something built by someone local.

Update: the reply is entirely bogus—we’re going to small claims court on the matter. Don’t fool for their facade of having great customer services, they’re great… unless you have problems. Then they’re escape artists.

The company were easy to deal with from ordering to delivery then with after sales service.
The quality of our summerhouse is excellent and the assembly wasn’t complicated. The instructions were not always easy to follow, which did lead to a bit of head scratching from time to time. But, any issues were resolved quickly.

Great company, first class customer service from beginning to end. Ordered a mini office for garden for new house 3m x 3m. It looks amazing and much better than I thought it would be, very spacious and can’t wait to work in it just need the electricity connected to it now. Paid for the installation and soft ground foundation. It was installed yesterday by 4 people who had driven from Bedford and we’re in Edinburgh. They did a first class job. The team at the company kept us up to date from start to end. Paint to finish it off just the job. Delivery very smooth too. Very slick and well organised. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a hassle free installation. Thanks to the whole team

Ordering process was straightforward. Slight confusion with communication over delivery was swiftly resolved and delivery was ahead of schedule snd efficient.
Product was good quality but assembly instructions were borderline useless.

Staff were friendly, informative, honest and helpful. We were kept informed about the progress of our order. Delivery driver polite, friendly and on time. All in all a very professional team.
The erection instructions need improvement, matching captions and pictures would help.
Very pleased with the end product.
