A very efficient company they have very friendly and helpful staff. We are really happy with the high quality of the cabin, it suits our needs perfectly, really great follow up Customer Service from Jacob as well.
I would highly recommend this company my 17 year old daughter and 15 year old son built a large part of the cabin and thoroughly enjoyed the challenge.

Are journey to to-date of constructing a Cabin has been straightforward. Starting with the Summerhouse24 web site the photos and details are helpful in deciding the best product for our location. We had limited width so asked for a revised building shorted by one metre. This was accommodated and we accepted the quotation. To confirm the offer had to pay 50% which was a bit daunting, checked out the company details, and was happy to proceed. The delivery was forecast for 10 to 14 weeks, it arrived in 7 or 6 weeks. You need a considerable about of space for storage, and unpackaging. The construction was straight forward if you spend lots of evenings with the plans and product list. The building is ok to assemble but some parts need 2 people lifts. The roofs on and the windows are starting to be assembled.

Had a XL Snooker hall built by the summerhouse team in summer. They had the full thing up in a day and a half. Communication was good from the people on the phone leading up to the build, and they were very accommodating. One small minus was that the main door lock wasn't secure enough so I just added some sliding bolts top and bottom but apart from that I'm happy with the cabin so far.

Excellent experience from start to finish, Jacob was extremely professional & helpful though out, we changed the specification a few times & nothing was too much trouble.....delivery of the summer house was also superb, we weren't quite ready to receive delivery & they accommodated many date changes for us, the driver managed to off load to the rear of our property expertly....couldn't be happier with the service we have received.

Great product which exceeded our expectations. The very friendly and professional staff made arranging delivery and assembly of the summerhouse very easy, despite multiple delays caused by the late completion of our house and garden and consequent late move in.
Assembly was completed in the time stated by a very hard working and again professional team.

Most definitely would highly recommend. It’s difficult to know who to choose when making a one-off purchase like a garden room but so glad we went with Summerhouse24. Fantastic service from start to finish, everything went to plan and on time, would also use the installation service - they did a superb job. Excellent quality building too.

We purchased two cabins. They are very well designed to be put together and very well-made with good quality materials. The support staff were excellent, helping us over one or two aspects we didn't understand very quickly and kindly. Our only wishes for improvement could be in providing clearer instructions and in supplying screws with one standard bit needed.

Summerhouse were always on hand to answer any problems or to give advice nothing was too much trouble. We purchased a summerhouse and carport and shed, all delivered in good time did the building our selves although a bit difficult to start soon got into flow following the instruction, really enjoyed the build and would recommend them anytime

I’ve had nothing but good communication from this company. I bought a cabin from them about 5 years ago and have just had the pleasure of using them again for a cabin in a different location. I thoroughly recommend Summerhouse24

Great company to do business with, the build instructions were a little tricky to follow and not totally up to date but the aftersales team were excellent, the were helpful and resonded quickly.
Would definately recommend them.

Excellent responses to questions and requests for customisation. Team prepared to discuss before, during, and after order, plus responsive to update requests of delivery status during lead time to delivery.
Once available to deliver were efficient with communication, and happy to wait until I was ready to accept the delivery.
The installers were the stars though. Turned up on the day (admittedly earlier than expected) but continued to work right through the wind and rain storms that started to roll in during that day. Completed within 1 day, felt rteally sorry that they hadnt checked the forecasts, and did not have wet weather clothing (or even a spare set of clothes) so a very damp ride home I guess.

The quality of the product was excellent.
