The brand pays upto 1000rs for reviews but keeps mainly positive reviews while negative feedback which could genuinely help new buyers make informed decisions are not published. In terms of build quality, the mattress is not necessarily poor. It feels premium, was delivered in good condition, and the material appears durable and heavy. However, after using the Ortho 4 Latex mattress, both my wife and I gradually developed persistent back and neck pain that we had never experienced before. The discomfort kept increasing over two months of use instead of improving.
I also wondered why the product was not listed on major marketplaces like Amazon or Flipkart. Later, I came across an older listing page where the average rating was around 2.7. Seeing those mixed reviews made me realize I might have reconsidered the purchase if I had seen more neutral feedback on platforms where reviews are less controlled by the brand.
Although the company advertises a 100-day return policy, the actual support experience has been frustrating. Emails went unanswered, and phone support simply redirected back to email without real assistance. Digging on my own I found the requirement of a physical invoice for returns, which in today’s digital world, feels outdated and looks like an additional hurdle created for return. I don't know if they didn't reply to my emails because of this only god knows or they.
I accept that not keeping the printed invoice was my mistake and lost ₹28,000 because of it or their unwillingness to honour their promises, but the lack of response and transparency was disappointing. Honest negative reviews should not be filtered out, as they help customers make informed decisions. Thats why I took time to write my experience in details at most relevant places possible to help new customers make an informed decision.
In short: the mattress might suit you, or it might not. But if it does not suit you, be prepared for the possibility of very limited or unresponsive customer support.

Purchased two Sunday Ortho Latex 4 Mattress (a queen size and 01 single bed). I was initially sceptical since I have not seen many ads about this brand nor in any retail showrooms, Then I planned to visit the store One who explained about the mattress is quite knowledgeable and genuine about whatever he speaks. I like the overall business model of the company, we are planning order gew more soon. We are so glad that we chose Sunday Mattresses. The quality and comfort levels are good as promised by the brand.Overall experience is so nice.

Picked up a couple of mattresses for home from Sunday Mattress. The Ultra plush gave such a comfortable sleep, will recommend sunday mattress anyday. The overall built quality and package was definitely above standard mattresses in the industry.

Excellent comfort with very good posture maintenance mattresses. This is our second purchase from sunday mattresses. Earlier we used to buy International mattresses, in few months it used to become hard and we used feel tired. When we started searching for latex mattress we found sunday mattresses. BUT the customer service is a BIG BIG red flag. If your order journey from begining to end is good then they WILL answer all calls.. BUT if anything GOES WRONG, They STOP answering your call.. then they don't care if somebody is dying in anxiety because of it,they won't answer. BEWARE! Thats not the kind of customer service you need.

Hi All, I had a pathetic experience with them, I had ordered a queen size latex mattress then after spotting all the reviews here I immediately sent them an email for cancellation as there is no option for cancelling order on their website. Still, they did not take any action after calling 15 times for next 4 days they finally cancelled it, when I asked the reason for not cancelling it same time, they said they want retain the customers- what a shameless reply. They want to retain he customers by forcing them against their will. Today after waiting 15 days, I have sent them this email and will lodge a formal complaint against them by tomorrow.

Really terrible experience with company.

Worst after sales service. DO NOT BUY cot from sunday matress, my cot is broken and It's been a month following up for technician visit. Their manager Rahul promised technician visit but even still no one visited, they are depending on one technician for whole India, can you believe this ?!. Customers are taken for granted. On positive note The matress is good quality , but never had such bad custmer experience from any vendor. I thought of buying one more set ofcot and matress , thank god I didn't!😔

WORSE MISTAKE BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!! CHEATS

We purchased a king-size latex mattress after initially trying a cheaper ortho mattress, which we didn’t like. Throughout the process, we had numerous phone calls and email exchanges with the company. Unfortunately, the new mattress was not for us while giving it the best trial to see if we can get used t0 it. We wanted to return it for several reasons:

It is far too soft.
It causes back pain.
You can feel every movement of the person next to you.
Despite their 100-night trial policy, which clearly states in both their emails and on the invoice that the trial starts from the day of delivery, the company refused our return. The manager, Vikram, insisted that because our mattress was an exchange, the trial period actually started from the date of our original purchase—not the delivery date of the new mattress.

This is misleading and dishonest because:

We received a new order number, a new invoice, and a new delivery date, all with explicit instructions that the trial starts from the day of delivery.
The return policy stated in their emails and invoice contradicts what they are now claiming.
Only after digging through three different links in their terms and conditions did we find a buried clause stating that exchanged mattresses count from the first purchase date.
If this is truly their policy, why do they send a new email, a new order number, and a new invoice explicitly stating otherwise? This is a deceptive business practice. Had we known this, we would have returned the first mattress and placed a new order instead of exchanging.

To make things worse, the mattress itself is terrible. It’s uncomfortable, provides no support, and doesn’t justify the high price. Given this shady return policy, I wouldn’t be surprised if many of their positive reviews are fake.

This company is misleading customers and manipulating their policies to avoid honoring returns. Beware before making a purchase.

they got really a bad after sales service they are good only before sales customer care don't respond for damaged product return . and for logistics they tied up with Gati parcel the way they deliver the product is a mess so please don't go for sunday mattress

You feel cheated, when you order something after reading much reviews; with great expectations. Alas! this has hit me lately, all of their reviews on the internet were mostly paid reviews; only to mislead unsuspecting buyers like me. The courier partners that they use is even worse Gati-KWE.

They together lie over the emails, even when you talk to their customer support representatives, they lie. They give you an assurance of delivery as x date and then the date becomes x+1, x+2, then they quote something saying that it is your fault that you didn't read our website carefully. They will also give you the impression that they are with you but they are never with you, you are all alone, these people are not interested in you, they only want your hard earned money.

It will be the customer's fault always, so don't make the mistake that I made.

Eventually, the Sunday Rest Mattress specification seemed appealing, and then there was a free trial period. Even if I made a mistake in selecting it, I could return it within the first 100 nights. Before buying, I also tried out the mattress in the experience center. I've been using the mattress for more than 2 months now. So far, there have been no complaints from my side. Whenever you sit on the mattress, it sinks in like clouds however, when you lay down to sleep, it is somewhere between firm and soft. It does not sink in fully, but it is soft enough to relieve your back after a tiring day. Unlike a standard spring mattress, these mattresses are efficient even while sitting on them to read or work.
