Id think twice about buying from these! Pay extra for 48hr delivery and they dont arrive. Customer service is none existent and always met with an ai chat bot. Very poor and im surprised they're endorsed by lando norris! Ordered friday 31st at 5pm so I get it was late so no order processed until monday but its wednesday 5th and still had no confirmation or any reply from emails/messages

I like the fast Delivery from the UK to Germany, the glasses arrived fast and Safe with DHL. The sunglasses themselves are looking good, I configured me some Miras with blue glasses the most expensive ones with the 8KO lenses, but they are Not worth the high price, I already had to replace the frame once cause it broke at one of the screws. The lenses also have scratches and some black spots already, for that price absolutely ridiculous. Look 10/10 Quality 4/10

Bought sunglasses for a Christmas gift where the sale was buy one get one free, amazing deal. The end of one of the arms got caught and snapped off. With their lifetime guarantee I was able to file a claim which they were very good in their prompt communication. In the process of sending them back, they got lost in the mail. When I informed Mariamme from Sungod about this and was about to make a claim with Royal Mail, she mage the decision the send me a new pair. Very happy with this result, would highly recommend their products and customer service is excellent. Very happy customer.

Rubbish sunglasses look nice fit nice however beware the lenses look like they have been ground up in a bag of rubble for a week after just 2 months of careful wear. Contacted via their instant messenger on their website, no response. Left comments on their Facebook no response and DM on Instagram no response. So I'm £65 down with a pair of shades that I wore for 2 months. Never mind that's life

A brand stands up to its claims when it responds promptly to product issues. I recently bought a pair of Velans with
Frosted Glacier Blue with 8KO IRIS HV Blue coating as this was the recommended for water sports. They don't have the reflective quality required. Without the packaging it's not possible to return the item. I asked if they could recommend a different lense which I was happy to pay for. No response. Disappointed 😞

Excellent sunglasses, I’ve had them for several years now. The 8ko lenses are amazing to run in.
Beyond brilliant customer service - I had the frames snap on me and they are replacing the frames in line with the lifetime guarantee.

Awful customer service. There doesn't appear to be any ability to communicate with a human agent in real time. You just get sent around in circles by the irritating and unhelpful chatbot until you (again and again and again) get asked to send them an email. Which they will respond to in 3 days. Well that doesn't help me when I paid for 24h delivery, and 24h later they've still not handed the parcel to the courier, despite sending an email saying it had been dispatched alongside a tracking number. I only ordered on the basis that they could deliver next day. Now if/when the glasses arrive and I try to return them (because they didn't arrive in time for holiday) I'm going to be told that they won't take them back because they're "custom".

Second time ordering from SunGod.
Had a few issues the first time around, but eventually received outstanding customer service, so thought I’d give them another shot.

This time around, everything was perfect. Prompt dispatch and delivery and the glasses are excellent.

Initially was sent sunglasses with the wrong lenses, however once I got in contact with Mariamme in customer services, she responded quickly and arranged an express delivery with replacement ones.
Very happy with my renegade glasses. Got a free pair as well.

Amazing customer services from this company especially Mariamme who helped me with a return and because all the dhl collection points where I live they paid for royal mail signed for which I was not expecting and the lifetime warranty is amazing and the sunglasses are so nice highly recommend this company

Great support in a case of lifetime warranty replacement for the lenses: professional and very fast. The product (Velans) I like very much also. Great quality and ease to change lenses for night rides with bike. Clear recommendation from my side.

The customer service from Mariamme was nothing less than brilliant. I had a small issue with my order (brilliant glasses, by the way) which Mariamme swiftly corrected and had posted in no time at all! If only all customer service was this good! I'll definitely be ordering more glasses from SunGod safe in the knowledge that should any issues arise, I can count amazing customer service like Mariamme's.

I recently contacted SunGod after purchasing a pair of Renegade McLaren Papaya Edition sunglasses from the Official F1 Store at Silverstone during the British Grand Prix. Unfortunately, when I got home, I discovered the box was empty and the limited-edition sunglasses had sold out online.
Mariamme was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She took the time to check with the warehouse and managed to locate a spare pair, which she then arranged for me. Her communication was friendly, professional and proactive throughout the entire process.
A huge thank you to Mariamme and the warehouse team for going above and beyond. It's rare to receive this level of customer care, and it has reinforced why I'm such a fan of both the products and the brand.

I seem to be working my way through the entire SunGod range. Incredible optics/quality. After years of buying Oakley and Ray-Ban, I was a little nervous about buying something that looked too good to be true. On the odd occasion when something is not quite right, the customer service is second to none. Abby and Sophie are aweseome!

I cannot recommend sungod more. They replaced an old pair of glasses (nearly ten years) due to an issue more than wear and tear. I'm not sure any other company would do that after such a long period. Their support staff are excellent and thorough. I won't be buying any other sunglass brands. I highly recommend everyone else tries them out.

I asked if the order could be delivered two days before the scheduled delivery date, and they actually managed to deliver it three days early. Excellent service!

The glasses I ordered are fantastic—both the Renegades and the Miras.

The ear sleeves had come off my glass and been lost. So I contacted SunGod and they despatched a replacement set, right away, via currier without charge.
The glasses (my main set is used during hang gliding) are great and so is the customer service.

Placed my order and it as dispatched and arrived within a few days.

Ordered the Renegades with extra polarisation, look and feel are superb, and for me worth the money. I don't squint in the sun like I did with my old sunglasses.

Time will tell how they last, but for now I'm very happy with them.
