Don't be fooled by the formal nature of their communications, the team at Sunseeker are great. We had a problem with a very old set of doors from 2014, so well outside the warranty, but we paid a reasonable fee for sorting and despite the complexity of the issue, the guys owned the problem. Might have taken a while to fix but they got it done and likely saved us a bomb.

I’ve had my doors installed for 18 months. They are unobtrusive and give great views of my garden, and unlike bifold doors I like the flexibility of opening as many doors as I like and without major pinch hazards.

I had given a 3-star review last year due to concerns over the installation process, the fitting and functionality of the doors. This has been saved by my experience with their post-sales support: when we have had problems, we were able to get Sunseeker engineers out to fix issues such as installing trickle vents for building regulations compliance, or to fix the door after it pushed inwards too far and broke the track.

I still wouldn’t necessarily recommend these doors to everyone as bifolds are more practical, tolerant of poor maintenance and less likely to fail in minor ways, but they do work well and look good and I’m glad I made this choice.

I had my new doors installed last week and I am extremely happy. I originally decided to purchase traditional bifold doors , however when I was shown these slide and turn ultra slim doors I was blown away. I spoke to Ben at Sunseeker doors. He was super helpful and couldn't do enough for me. We agreed on a price and everything that Ben promised was fulfilled. I spoke to Paul the owner prior to placing my order and I was reassured immediately. The install was like a dream. I had a large project that included 8 individual doors across an 8 meter span. Bradley and the team was super positive. I experienced nothing but 10/10 service from beginning to end and I would 100% recommend to anyone thinking of getting bifold doors. Slide Turn ultra slim are the way forward!!

Really pleased with our new sliding doors from Sunseeker Doors. The whole process was smooth from start to finish – good communication, quick installation, and the doors look amazing. Their service on all occasions has been great and when we had an anomaly with floor heights their fitter offered a quick simple solution to give us floor finishes thresholds.

Nine months ago we purchased an 11m run with a 3m return of Ultraslim Slide & Turn doors for our self-build wraparound extension. These doors were to be the showcase feature of our project, so after extensive research we chose Sunseeker – a long-established, family-run business we felt was the leading manufacturer of this product.

Before placing our order, we made a planned visit to their manufacturing workshop in Luton, where Tony gave us a tour and explained the process in detail. Seeing the doors in action, combined with Tony’s knowledge and passion, convinced us we had found the right company. Soon after, a site survey was carried out, and within weeks Ben arranged our fitting date.

The installation team were highly professional throughout, and we quickly became the proud owners of our “showcase” doors. To say we like them is an understatement – we absolutely love them! The quality of the build and finish is exceptional (I’m very particular), with sleek, slim profiles and a durable powder-coated finish. The doors run on a simple but ingenious 80mm Teflon track, avoiding the common issues with bearings/rollers. Our main 12-door span stacks neatly to just 500mm, and the system’s flexibility allows us to fully open, partially open, or create spaces between doors – so many configurations to suit every occasion.

Over the past nine months, the doors have been thoroughly tested for thermal performance, weather resistance, and durability, and they have excelled in every aspect. Sunseeker have been outstanding from start to finish, with a professional, knowledgeable team who resolve any issues quickly and without fuss.

We are delighted we chose Sunseeker to supply and fit our doors, and we highly recommend them as the very best in terms of quality, service, and price.

I had three panels RAL-colour painted and fitted for a window seat - everyone who visits is wowed by the simplicity of the mechanism and minimal sightlines, and we have spent most of the summer with the windows open. Yes, there were a few teething problems - very fine daylight cracks where the frame corners needed tightening up in a couple of places, and a couple of the trims needed reapplying. However, I never got the sense that the company wouldn't honour the contract. Ben was dilligent around scheduling follow up calls, the contractors were polite each time and now they're finally running like a dream. Where this company might have suffered from the odd poor review in the past, it looks like their new management team is looking to turn things around. The product speaks for itself

I I replaced my old patio bifold doors as the frame profiles were so bulky - the new ultra slim doors are of a high quality- opening mechanism smart and easy to use - they allow more light into my kitchen and for me see and enjoy my garden so much more - from survey to fitting - team were friendly and professional- definitely recommend

Having purchased in excess of 40 metres of these doors i have to say they are fantastic, whenever we have visitors to our home they always comment about how sleek looking our doors are. The entire experience from start to finish with Paul and his team was first class. We are planning on moving and will be 100% installing their doors on our next project.

We purchased Slim line sliding doors from Sunseekers 3 months ago and I must say from start to finish the service has been fantastic. Paul and the team who installed the doors were very friendly and very happy to help.

The product is fantastic and so easy to use. When purchasing these I would strongly recommend you go with the blinds option inside the glass. The doors look stunning and very happy with everything.

I absolutely love my new doors! The combination of the slide and turn panels allows greater flexibility when opening and gave me the ultra thin frame that I was looking for.
