Great staff who were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Hi, I frequent this superdry shop often, this time was going to do a return! I approach the island of tills, to one girl on the till serving a customer I stand out of the way but in eye sight of the employee to show that I was next! I waited for about 4-5 minutes (the people at the till were ordering online i think) not one other employee came to to tills or any where near, I could see at least 3 employees hanging out by the fitting rooms! But as i am waiting another customer approaches the till. As the one employee was finishing up with the people in front of me, the other lady (who was there for maybe 1 minute) pushes in front of me and dumps her stuff on the top! The employee just served her even though it was obvious i was next and had been waiting a while, the employee didn’t look at me or apologise or call for any help I was just left waiting! As i was about to leave (i was going to come back another day to do the return) finally another employee came to the tills and she then served me to do a simple return! But this isn’t the first time there has only been one person on this tills and we’ve been left waiting for ages before another employee comes but there’s always at least 3 people at the changing rooms

Easy to find the Gilet I wanted, plenty of choice, friendly team on the till,noticed a lot of other items that would suit me as I moved around your store .

Lovely staff good quality clothing

I never received an email update regarding my collection. The staff said I can only collect when I get an email on 27th March - which was supposedly my collection date. The staff on the day I collected was very kind and checked twice for me.

Pleasant and patient member of staff. He waited while I was able to log into my blue light app, so I could retrieve my discount. Bought a lovely jacket. A little bit gutted that your size 16 is actually a XL in your stores mind. However I’m really pleased with the jacket.
