Last minute shopping on our way back…

Last minute shopping on our way back out from town.

My eldest spotted a skirt on a mannequin on display which she tried on. We brought that skirt and as we left realised they were then shutting. They didn’t make us feel rushed at all we hadn’t realised they were even closing yet.

Good online shopping experience

Collected in store with helpful staff. Details and size chart online are useful. Good estimate of delivery time during Black Friday sale. Happy with my order. Hopefully they last as my previous ones bought from them.

Great customer service

Found the coat i wanted straight away and my size , lots of colour choice to choose from , male staff member that served me was very happy and polite , he informed me about the coat having a 12month warranty, which was nice to know . Only 2 mirrors on the shop floor which would have been better to have more mirrors around the shop .But had a great experience in store.

Very warm coats

I have a few Superdry coats and Jackets and I have to say, they are the warmest coats.
I feel the cold, but I never have an issue with my teeth chattering or shivering when I wear my coats. I have just bought my daughter a long line puffer coat for Christmas. Great website and very friendly staff in the Cardiff store
