The short is of good quality and sellers are helpfuly.

First of all, your staff were wonderful when I collected my order from store, they couldn’t have been any more helpful and friendly and that is really very important to me! The items I collected were the ones that I had ordered and were both in perfect condition. I did prefer one over the other but I didn’t want to return either so that is just personal preference. So all in all great job Superdry!

Went into the shop just to have a browse so a few things that I like approach staff member to ask her if she could help me with a few bits spoke to Urte she was so lovely and was so patient with me as I am a really indecisive shopper. I also didn’t want to overspend and she spent the time looking around the shop so that I was happy with my budget,energy was amazing then we got to the till and there was a manager with lovely bright coloured hair. She also had great energy really friendly polite and helpful staff and could not fault their customer service skills, thank you guys for making my experience amazing and for giving me hope that good Customer Service is still

The staff helped me out big time by firstly replacing the jacket I’d bought because it had a hole in one of the pockets and secondly keeping my work mobile phone safe which I’d inadvertently left in one of the pockets.

Found an item in store that my wife thought would be suitable for our son's birthday,we had to return it and swap for the next size up,i have found that on occasions I also have had to go up a size

Easy ordering online, fast delivery, item arrived well packaged and on perfect order. The item dis not suit me unfortunately, so had to be returned. The return process was very easy. I returned it to a store and the staff member was very helpful and pleasant. I will definitely buy from you again.

I bought a coat for over 100£ , i didnt realise that it had a stain until i removed the price tag, i took it back straight away for a replacement , until i was told that because i removed the price label, that i will not get a replacement , so gutted , i will never shop with Superdry anymore , sad to leave this way , i thought they care for their customers .

The experience i had was so great coz was puzzled which jacket to buy and i called one sales lady and asked said to her look i need to buy one from these two which one would u prefer if i was yo guy then she said this one looks good that made me to buy it that experience was just good

Sliders were rock solid. Avoid.

Very bad. I have still not got the email that my parcel has arrived and it has caused inconvenience. I will have to visit the store and don’t know if my jacket is there or not. Not a happy customer
