Staff at Peterborough Queensgate are always so helpful and friendly and this makes it a great place to visit - the clothes are pretty cool also.

The TShirts, Shorts, Shirts fits very well and the quality of material is excellent which gives a complete satisfaction when you wear it. Peterborough Superdry shop displays a variety of collections in various ways, changing them often, so that i get to view different collections everytime i visit the shop. The Staffs are friendly, the One Year Warranty is also a plus on clothes. The number of colours available and the variety of designs are amazing. Always make me to buy something whenever i visit the shop. Excellent display of collections , designs and colours.

Had to pay delivery no choice like I had from the last time I ordered for it to be delivered to store 🙃

The staff at the cashier( the initial purchase) seemed a bit annoyed and was asking for original ID documents . Not felt like coming to Superdry again

The person in-store who helped me order this, as they did not have this in stock, was very friendly, helpful and efficient. The recipient loved his T-shirt, which was delivered safely, and I had excellent customer service.

We received a great service from the Peterborough shop in Queensgate shopping centre. They didn't have the item in the store but the shop assistant ordered it on line to be sent to our home address. She was friendly and was so accommodating, it was refreshing to receive such customer service.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Store was clean, allowed to browse without being pushed on!

The girl in store was a joke with bad attitude. Zero help and customer service non existent!
