Got a discount ontop of another discount!
Bought a jacket on Black Friday for 20% off. I come in to have it exchanged and they say they cannot (even if their site says they can) and the only other option I had was return it and get a refund or return and buy a new one but price matched and an additional 15% off. In short, I made money back when I tried to exchange it for a different size. Customer service was really flexible here despite the fact they were reporting that they just could not accept size exchanges.

Excellent product, shipping and customer service
I ordered the jacket online to ship to the store which took about two days to arrive. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, returned it and got the new jacket (a perfect fit) in exactly one week. I love Superdry clothing and their customer service and support is excellent!

Super dry has never failed me with my purchases. I am very satisfied with the quality of product and fit. Superdry comes through all the time for every occasion. Shopping online is so convenient but going into the store gives a great experience as well. The customer service is professional but also personal. I love Superdry!!

The coat I saw online wasn't instore (Pentagon City)but the youngman helped me find the coat for my daughter online and ordered it the young lady working there assured me it would come before the expected date cause you guys are pretty quick.
I really appreciated just good old customer service gard to find these days.
He even helped me gage my daughter size by having me try on a coat
