I read a lot of comments where people said that the quality of the Jacket was amazingly, nevertheless I find the quality of the product quite regular even cheap, the Aviator Jacket it’s ok, but nothing special, I even found the jacket expensive compared to what I received.

Superdry means quality
The quality of the Superdry products does not dissapoint, and I think it is worth the price. The only downsife of my experience with this purchase is the fact that I did not receive any tracking number for the order and I didn’t know when to expect it, but other than that everything was excellent!

It's difficult to find the option for return and the return costs money. Due to these both reasons I won't order directly from SuperDry website again.

Size discrepancies and no free return
I recently ordered a Superdry hoodie to replace my old one that was getting worn. I ordered my new hoodie the same size as the old one (2XL), expecting the new hoodie to fit the same as the old one. When I received the new hoodie and tried it on, it was significantly larger than my old hoodie despite them both being the same size (2XL). I then requested to return the hoodie due to it being oversized and was surprised to learn that I had to pay a €3 return fee. On a hoodie that was the wrong size. Which was not my fault. Overall I was very disappointed with the way superdry, a company that I considered to be relatively up-market, handled the situation and I doubt I will be purchasing from them again.

Of the three products, one had a terrible appearance. All in coils, as if someone had worn it for a year. It really spoiled the impression. The delivery was long, and the courier also left the package with the neighbors three floors above.
