99% OK
The 1% missing, is for SuperDry to pay for my return postage. Many other companies pay for the return, if anything don't fit.

I ordered a wrong size of jacket

I ordered a wrong size of jacket. Return it immediately to the warehouse but until now I havent get any action about the matter. Very poor service, not even writing back my emails. Its been almost a month since I returned the item and still havent heard anything from Superdry👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻.

Bad customer service

The customer service is really bad. I tried called the support line, never answer. It’s always on hold. I receive the cloth on the 2nd of January, and one of the sleeves press button is fell off. I request to return it and the Superdry suppose to cover the postage since it’s the bad quality. Today is the 17th of January, still nobody reply and give me a solution for the bad quality cloth I received it.

Good products, bad customer service

Ordered 10 things via the website, when I chose 1 of the items, I inadvertently chose the incorrect size. I noticed thisvas soon as I received order confirmation. I called immediately to the help/service number, was left on hold for 20 minutes, whilst being told by the automated response that I was first in the queue. So I wrote an email to try to amend the order. I received a reply to the email 11 days later, after the goods had arrived. Not good enough.
