Returnservice horribel
Returnservice horribel. Bought articles on the danish superdry.dk. nowhere was it specificied, that i had to return articles to belgium or britain. That cost A LOT in shipping. They will have to specify this on the homepage, or help better with returning articles.

The product did not match the pictures…
The product did not match the pictures provided on the website. Hence, I requested the brand for a return.
I was told that the return cost Will be borne by me which in this case was more than dkk 200 and they do not provide a free return or exchange.
In these times, which brand or website does not allow the flexibility of free exchange or return? Only superdry.
I would refrain from ordering from this website as they are misleading the customers with pictures and no exchange.
Very disappointed experience.

CAREFUL - DIRE RETURNS POLICY
CAREFUL! You think you are dealing with a DK webshop but you are not. If the clothes are as they should be great BUT if it is not you have to return at your OWN EXPENSE and even worse the return is back to Belgium or UK! So try buying a winter jacket which turns out to be 1 size too small - a rather heavy item - and have to send this back insured as a privat person. Costs the same as half of the jacket. Unacceptable! They should not have a DK webshop if this is their returns policy. At the very least give the customer the option of using the company’s own postage deal. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this webshop with their DIRE RETURNS POLICY

I expected more...
During the Black Friday weekend, I went into a local store with my son who found a jacket he wished for for Christmas. I was excited to buy the jacket online as a surprise when we got home (still over the Black Friday weekend) and get the 20% off. However, the jacket did not arrive after a couple of weeks. I called Customer Service and was told that they were going to do return and re-order and I should have my jacket within a few days. Unfortunately things did not go as smoothly as indicated--the jacket did not arrive and when I called customer service again, I was told to reorder the jacket online, paying full price. All they could do was to give me 20% off on my next future purchase (not on the jacket that I had to repurchase at full price. This system was a waste of time and money. I couldn't believe they could not provide a 20% discount on the jacket I was trying to buy, or even more given the time, phone calls and hassle.

Return is extremely costly (305DKK) for customer, as it is not paid by Superdry and return needs to be to England.
Clothes are Asian sized and too narrow for European shoulders.
