We love Superdry products, but I have to say if you get the size wrong you end up paying double the price of the item. We understood perfectly we had to pay for the return of the item, the problem is that the return address is in Belgium! So, from Spain the cheapest option cost us 45 euros! We recommend not to order online from Superdry unless you are very sure about the size and the shape of the product.

I cannot even value the garments because I haven’t even received them yet ( ordered online) despite having paid them many days ago. I want my money back.

Great company and service! Very happy always with their products! Very good quality!

I would like to be respected as a Catalan speaker and having the same rights as other languages speakers. It is just a human rights issue.

Top best design and quality

Typically Spanish, they seem to manage to sell products with near zero ability to converse in English but when it comes to a problem or faulty goods suddenly the language becomes a total block despite there being great translation programs available to us all.

With customer service emails I usually stick to simple English presuming they will have at least one member of staff who can understand but if I get a “no hablo/escribo ingles” response I am happy to use a translator.

A zip failed in a purchase, I emailed customer service with pictures. The auto response stated 48 hours but so far nothing.

If it’s not 48 hours don’t say it is as poor service just means no more sales of ANYTHING.

The goods are under guarantee so please respond.

Bad customer service. It's really annoying having to pay for the carrier to return the items when it's not my fault they are crap.

Wrong size sent. Tedious return policy. Impossible to return item to local store. Inexistent customer service. Very disapointed.

Very disappointed that consumers outside of UK have to pay for returns to Belgium. Calling yourself Superdry ES implies that returns ought to be local too - maybe Superdry EU would be more correct? I doubt that I will use this site again.

The product is great! Delivery is great! My only problem is that you cannot exchange or return in stores and they charge you for return shipping! Cost me 25€ to return a coat when I really just wanted to exchange it. Otherwise, everything else was great!

The products I bought were of the useal good quality that you expect from Superdry. They fit well and good quality material. Arrived as planned. Highly recommended.
