1 week after excepting and taking payment for my order I get an email to say sorry thats out of stock so your order is cancelled, we will refund you but it can take 7-10 days! Brilliant guess my daughter doesn't need a school jacket after all!!!

My order SUPERDRYES1382340 that was done on July 19th was supposed to arrive in two times. One on July 23rd and the other on July 28th.
The order for July 28th, arrived yesterday (24th) and the one supposed to arrive on the 23rd has not yet arrived, however, in the order itself it appears as "delivered to the addressee".
Now both orders appear as delivered while I have received only one.
Additionally, for picking up the pack arrived yesterday, the courier did not want to come to my house (a private residential area) and I had to go out of my house, almost 400 metres, at 14.30 and with 40 degrees celsius, that is completely out of any standard way of delivery nowadays, so, you should revise the courier company you work with in this area.
All in all, please kindly advise what I have to do next either to have my order or to get my money back.

Well I was Superdrys best client, all my clothes are Superdry. However I saw this bag I liked and the size was UK1 or something similar so i tried contacting them to get an explanation of the size. there is no way of contacting these people. Its so arrogant, the sizes are no clear and yet we cannot check. I have personally BOYCOTTED these people until they become more AVAILABLE to their wonderful public. THEY SHOULD LOVE US

I was a loyal Superdry customer over the last years and not amused by this new style of business...

Very disappointed I ordered 2 x shirts which never arrived and they issued a refund which I'm still waiting for. Very strange as normally Superdry are very good

the delivery person did not ring the bell of my appartement. i will not make the trip to the delivery depot to get my package, so i would like a refund and please rethink using dpd as your delivery solution because it's not the first time, they prefer to deliver to the depot instead of ringing the bell.

My command was made april 6th and my cash back is not yet avaible.

Order cancelled because of error of price for 10 articles.
I can believe an error for one or two articles, but for all the order, it a big mistake, too much to consider this brand as serious !

Why it have been canceled ?
