there's an issue with the carrier

there's an issue with the carrier. The track & trace option of my packet says it's out for delivery on 22nd of March, 25th of March then today again.
I'm working from home and was available and the carrier didn't come, there's nothing in my mail. I don't know how to contact the carrier and the delivery date was yesterday.

Not reliable at all and very poor user experience

Defected jacket

I bought some times on superdry.es but last time the jacket came and was distroyed on the way. I required a refund of money but till now i didn't receive any reply telling me yes or not nor the money. I sent another email to the customer service, but no reply yet.

Fantastic clothes

Fantastic clothes, phenomenal philosophy, great designs, good quality. Only lacking a better customer service over email. Otherwise, perfect. My favorite clothing brand by and large.

JUST ARRIVED MY CLOTHES FROM THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE, REALLY HAPPY WITH QUALITY AND DESIGN, EVERYBODY COMPLIMENT ME ON MY CHOICE. THERE HAVE BEEN SOME ISSUES WITH QUALITY OVER THE PAST 6 MONTHS, GLAD TO SEE YOU BACK.
