Currently i have many cloths from Superdry, t-shirts, shirts and jackets. Always happy with quality and service. Good experience with on line shop according to changing size, returns and refands

Pls stop using automated email…

Pls stop using automated email response! I've waiting for more than 3days and still waiting to get a solution from you. I chose to write email bec. it's less hussle and cheaper than to call your hotline. I think it's proper to address and give solutions in every customer's queries.

I did not receive my order in Spain .

I did not receive my order in Spain , due to poor courier service i.e. DPD, despite supposedly three attempts to an address where other couriers deliver frequently. Customer service immediately sent a replacement order, which is still in Transit.

la empresa de reparto en Barcelona es de lo peor, se llama SEUR, no pude contactar con ellos ni por telefono ni por mail, ni su sistema web funciona. Tuve que twitear en internet para que me conteste alguien de marketing!.

the delivery company is awful in Barcelona, the name is SEUR, i was unable to contact by mail or phone, and their web system does not work.
