My order was messed up multiple times and when I received my order it was not what they said was coming.
Awful
Awful! Awful! Awful! Order#: 49246.
My name is Emily and this is my review of Superior Powersports (ironic name). I really hope the owner of this company reads this!
I have spent a total of $300 and above in fixing damages on the TaoTao 49cc moped that you shipped out to me. I have been getting very little to no help and I was forced to file a dispute with my bank just to get this company's attention. I have since then canceled the dispute (which I regret even doing). I just want to say that I think I deserve compensation, but now let me get to the problems.
According to the VIN#, the TaoTao ATM50-A1 has had one reported accident. I literally have the report if you want to look at it. That's an issue, you were supposed to send me a new bike in new condition, not a used or damaged one, but whatever, my grandfather was in the Navy and he helped me out, I replaced the carb, the CDI, the coil, etc. With my own money, I should add!
The bike has a lot of scratches, and now the kickstart doesn't seem to be working, but in fairness it didn't work to begin with.
I need replacement parts to get the kickstart working, and I also need a replacement Trunk-Black, Battery Cover, Nose Panel, Front Brake Lever and Rear brake Lever, Black because these parts are very scratched due to the shipping company that they used (that or from when the bike was in an accident). But I was told by a Michael that the warranty was expired. Are you kidding me!?
I also need proof of sales and ownership, for the DMV. But no one has contacted me and no one has sent out anything.
I have filed several MCO and Warranty claims, but maybe they didn't receive them, I mean alright, I'll be fair and give them the benefit of the doubt, anyhow, my experience with this business is God awful and I want someone with a soul to make this right (I doubt anyone will though).
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! PEOPLE, AVOID AT ALL COST! I mean, what the hell? I'm in my early 20s so I don't have all the knowledge when it comes to bikes, but I do know one thing; we're talking about a bike which (apparently) has been poorly assembled by this business, heavily scratched by the shipping company, and has 1 reported accident according to a VIN# report. I was supposed to get new condition, not anything less. Oh, this is funny, when they assembled the gas gauge, it was too tight and caused it to not even move, I mean seriously lol? This company's quality control sucks!! Luckily, this was fixed. I probably could have assembled this whole thing myself with the help of my grandfather and done a better job than their supposed mechanics. That's right, folks, an elderly Navy airplane mechanic, along with a 20-year-old girl, could have done a better job than their bike mechanics!
It's time for serious improvement, methinks.
I REPEAT, PEOPLE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!
EDIT: After posting this review, I was contacted by a Addy threatening legal action against me. That's hilarious! All the sudden? That's almost too convenient. Guess what? You aren't getting one more cent from me and this review will stay up regardless now. Congratulations! Anyway, my bank statement shows that I paid in full, I also contacted my bank and they told me the merchant has been paid, even though I paid in full despite the description and condition being incorrect, but hey, do you see me threatening legal action? No, but I should! This is absolutely pathetic, shame on you, Superior Powersports! Threatening a young woman who is of low income and from a military family, classy.
EDIT: Moped was sold "as is" for half the original cost (upset over that, actually). Got tired of spending the time and money. The good news is, the DMV was able to license it under special circumstances due to merchant's refusal to provide the requested documentation. Anyhow, I hope the new order likes it and is able to fix everything. Sad! Sad! But oh well, such is life I guess. F you, Superior Powersports.
COMPLETE SCAM!
COMPLETE SCAM!! They sell broken bikes and provide no support - don't do what I did... RUN AWAY INSTEAD!!!

Tried to buy; could not buy; did not buy; very sketchy experience
I was told by another store that all three models of the scooter brand I was interested in buying (TaoTao 150cc) were out of stock nationwide for 10 weeks as the 2019 models were shipped. However, SuperiorPowerSports.com listed all three with "Available Now!" "In Stock" and "Subject to Availability" status, respectively, on their website...and continues to do so.
Having noticed that deep in their Terms of Sale website page that you only have one hour to cancel an order you place, if the first company I spoke to happened to be correct about true availability, I did not want to be in a position of waiting for ten weeks with this order, or fighting with them or my credit card company to reverse the transaction. So I tried to call them to confirm the inventory status and place an order.
I didn't get through over Labor Day weekend, no particular surprise, but they did call me back at work two days later at a time I couldn't talk. The caller confirmed I could return his call at the Los Angeles number he'd called me from, which I had on Caller ID.
This is where things got sketchy.
* The number he'd called from, and confirmed, 213-277-4534, is a callback number from a 100%-scammy-sounding "Amazon Type From Home" service. I don't know what the heck is going on here but it doesn't feel good. I eventually got through to someone on their normal tollfree number but she couldn't help and told me the salesperson would call back. I don't think he did, but...
* I received an email that they were in fact "out of stock on all 3 of those scooters" with an offer to sell me another brand that they did have in stock.
In an incredible stroke of luck, in dejection I clicked one more time on Facebook Marketplace before placing an order for the other brand with the first company that had clearly indicated the inventory situation. A used Vespa had been posted moments before, priced aggressively almost exactly at the price point I'd been at for a new Chinese scooter. Three hours later that Vespa was in my garage and I may never experience the agony and ecstasy of Chinese scooter technology.
I would suggest not doing business with this company for three reasons that, while they may or may not be tipping points for everyone, I don't think are particularly subject to debate:
* Inventory status misrepresented on the website
* One-hour cancellation policy in the Terms of Sale a potential huge sticking point because of the misrepresented inventory status
* Very strange situation with callback number involving a sales scam certainly unrelated to power sports
9/20/18 EDIT: their comments below do not address any of the three points above. I voiced, and intended, no objection to their sales response time. I do find it interesting that even when explaining their credibility they do not articulate when they started doing business or where that business is physically located. Please judge for yourself whether you find acceptable their inventory representation practices, Terms of Sale, and the callback number from which I was contacted by their salesperson.
I have new respect for the Minnesota company I spoke with first who gave me the story straight the first time.

They broke my right blinker during pick up. The guy said he would fix it but when I got it back it just had some tape on it. The blinker still worked and it was black tape on a black bike but THATS still not fixed.
The initial email reason for me sending the bike to be fixed was because of battery problems. They charged same the battery up and put it back in the bike. The total fees for "FIXING" my bike $250.00.
I drove the bike about 3 miles down the road got to a stop light and the bike cuts of. Battery dead AGAIN. I had to called them but they only towed to their business where I doubt they would fix the problem so I ended paying and extra $60.00 to my personal tow man.

They Bait and Switch Once they Get your Order
30% of the posted reviews about this company are BAD ! Do not do business with this company ! SuperiorPowerSports.com is also called ExtremeMotorSales.com and Killer MotorSports ! All phone calls go to one office. Also BEWARE they have several different company names with several different web sites. I ordered a Vitacci RoadMaster from this company on July 20th, 2018 after they assured me it was in stock ! At first they said it wasn't in stock but called me back to assure me they had one in stock ready to ship, so I placed an order and made payment on July 20th.. A week later they called and said they didn't have the scooter I ordered in stock and tried to sell me another model. I declined and wanted a refund. Today is Aug 10th and still no refund. They take your order payment within an hour and make up all sorts of stories AFTER they get your payment making you wait weeks for a refund !

I really loved this company BUT
I loved this company at first and recommended it to my neighbors etc. They bought from them
Now :
They denied the warranty claim on my engine, the bike is only few months old, i use this bike to make ends meets, i begged them to fix it or just atleast start it, they refuse to do it. With all the proves, Michael told me to tow the bike to their california location to be fixed i paid 200 to tow it there from Hollywood to Chino. And now he is telling me if i dont pick it up by the end of the week they will impound it. I dont have money to tow it back now. And i keep on calling them noone answers. I may just call the cops or a lawyer to see what to do. Crazy
If he never told me they gonna fix, i will just try to save money and fix it here in LA, not tow it 40 miles away.
I feel like there is no Boss at this company, everyone who works there does what he wants, they need a BOSS
Scooter came heavily damaged
Scooter came heavily damaged, shipping carrier only sent one guy to handle my scooters crate, they are refusing to refund me.

Awful customer service.
I ordered one of their scooters. It arrived damaged, however they only give you two days to report the damage, and it took them 3 weeks to send the certificate of origin and bill of sale, so I was unable to test ride it to realize it was damaged. Then when they did send the paperwork it had the incorrect vin number. I called to report the issue and was told new ones would be sent out the next Monday. Two weeks from that Monday I contacted them again only to learn it had still yet to be sent out. I finally recieved the correct paperwork, registered the scooter, and found that the frame was broken as well as the rear wheel being bent. I almost ordered a second scooter from them, I'm glad I waited. Not to mention they offer a free bluetooth speaker with a scooter purchase that was never sent to me, though I was assured it was on its way.
Also they replied below asking me to contact them, I did so and got no reply back from them other than an automatic mailer asking me to rate the help they didn't provide. When I first wrote this review I was definitely dissatisfied. Now I'm utterly disappointed with this kind of service. I wish I could go back and go through a different retailer.

Awesome scooter
Awesome scooter. Super gas mileage already have put on 800 plus miles. Would and will buy from superior again

Glad I got it
It was fairly easy to put together (in 95 degree heat). But now I really do like it. I bought an older one that had been wrecked and it wouldn't crank again after a year. So a new one was almost cheaper than to try and fix it. So now, I got a new one and I'm just trying to figure out if the Odometer is in Miles or Kilometers!
Seriously

I have had 0 problems with them and now enjoying my scooter.
