Delivery Dates
Delivery service, was expecting a next day service as ordered 12pm on Thursday, ready for a Saturday install. Only found delivery was not going to be delivered until Monday with DPD notification. I emailed sales@ and customerservice@ and received no responses. Prices are good. Product is great.

Delivery was late effort required to ensure order
Delivery was very late. Pre 12 booked but didn't arrive until after 4pm. A few problems with the order with swapped item. Needed a few phone calls to ensure the delivery actually came next day let alone pre 12.

More of a DPD issue really, one of my swa drums was damaged / broken by them meaning I've got a crap day ahead if ne unravelling 50m of cable rather than it rolling of with ease.

Timer module issues.
The first 'timer' module i bought was defective and after reporting it to 'Superlec' customer service they arranged for it to be picked up from my house. Unfortunately 'DPD' mislaid it but 'Superlec' issued a new module without any hassle. Thanks again. Kenny
