It was the worst experience of my life trying to do a simple flight change. It took over 2 hours to do that. In the end I gave up and just ordered a new flight instead.

Just don't order through this company. Do yourself that favor. It is not worth the hassle you have to go through, for basically the same price as just ordering it through the airline. The customer support is awful as their interpretation of good custom service, is calling you sir, while screwing you on the price. Just order through the airline or find a reputable travel agency, preferably based in your own country.

This agency is plain scam !, never trust them… i rebooked my ticket and payed online , they said and confirmed that they booked my ticket and sent me a fake receipt of what I paid for and seemingly booking details. But they never rebooked my ticket , and their excuse is that i needed to pay more!. And their costumer service is the worst ! Making fake promises that they would refund us on all our lost but we never got our refund. So please , you think you savemore from them but its the total opposite .

You guys have taken the money and didn’t issue the tickets which leads to automatic cancellation of the booking. You are now asking me to contact the airline directly for refund or rebooking… WHY? Where is your responsibility? I contacted 12 times atleast and no agent gives the right information.
I have a travel date for May 29th, either manage the situation or refund the money equivalent to the rebooking.

Our flight was cancelled by the air company back last summer and we got an email telling us to ask for a refund, we replied the same day and got a confirmation email that our refund case would be handled by supersaver through Japan Airlines. Now almost a year later Japan Airlines are still waiting for the neccesarry information from supersaver to complete the refund, but supersaver does not reply to them - and they also do not respond to our emails. If you contact them through their support channel the people there will only tell you that they have a team working on it, but that you can not get in touch with said team - and that the support team can not do anything about the case because they are not the ones handeling it.. truth is noone is handeling the cases - the moment they get pay they do not uphold any of their obligatory tasks - this is why they score very bad on Trustpilot, they can no be trusted.

Stay away from this company. i got scamed.
i searched and ordered from Haugesund 1 april and return from Oslo 2 april. and on my ticket i got return 7 mai.
they would not refund the ticket that obviusly was wrong.

Worst service I have ever received!

Got my flight tickets cancelled incorrectly and after cancelling the correct ones i didn't even get a refund even though i was guaranteed that i will receive refund. Never ever use their service in case of any flight changes.

Took me 2 months to get an email that i will not get my refund after all.

If you book with Supersaver at a good price you are almost guaranteed to get alterations to your flight that will cost you a fortune. And it is not possible to get any information from this company! They have a customer service that only puts you on hold and they don't give you any information.
And they blame the airline for their own incompetence and fraud!

This "Company" is only a big SCAM. We payed for a "full" insurance package on the flights, but had to cancell due to illness. They say we only get 90% of the ticketprice back!! OK, so today I ought to use this voucher. Found a flight for the whole family and should pay. They have so much neccessary things you need to be able to fly that is very expencive. So when I should pay the woucher was almost half the value, the rest of its gone - not able to use it and the customer "service" dont understand the issue!. Because the extras is not valid for the voucher I have to pay alot for the trip that should be covered by the voucher. Is this even legal?

Absolutte garbage service. Better to buy straight from the flight company you would like to use.

If you want to try to have scam try this super saver and you will experience the really scam. I suggest never never try to use this base in our experience. Good luck to everyone.

This was by far the most harrowing experience with a travel agent!!! This is a scam! from the get go as soon as the flights were booked i realized that no other airline had the same flights available the whole thing a scam, Ive alerted my bank and will make sure i dont make bookings with companies i dont know......foolish me.

Our flight from Australia to Norway was cancelled by the airline, and the airline refunded our money back to Supersaver immediately…but Supersaver held on to our refund and fed us one ridiculous line after another (all pre-rehearsed with exactly the same wording) as to why the money hadn’t been transferred back to us. After months of daily telephone calls and live written chats to the agency (it was almost impossible to get any response by email) we FINALLY had to threaten with legal action and planned to contact Forbrukerrådet.no, flyhjelp.no, insideflyer.no and hjelp.tv2.no. In 24 years of booking flights between Norway & Australia, we’ve never experienced anything like this, and hope our warning will prevent others from feeling the stress and frustration Supersaver caused us!

Our flight was cancelled due to covid last 2020. It's been 3 yrs since and we have not been refunded yet. Called their customer service but call was always routed to India. Tried to complain a lot of times but agents keeps repeating their scripts. Asked for a supervisor but they said they don't have a supervisor and can arrange a call back. 3 months and still no call back. Don't purchase with this agency.It's a scam. Indian agents are also rude

Got canceled 1of 2 flights.
I did Call and opened case.
I was promised to be contacted max in 48 hours.
Nobody contacted me in 48 hours.

Stay clear. Lots of hidden fees. Customer service on chat answer fast but will just give you a fee for the rebook. So first you pay for flexible ticket. Then you have to pay service fee to change it (unless you have the platinum support) . Then you find out they rebooked a flight with no checked luggage like you had on the original flight and of course no mention of that. Add another 70 euro... I I also lost the ability to reserve a seat on the rebooked flight. Has to go trough support with another fee. I ended up with a rebook fee of 320 euro (420 if you inc flex ticket) on a flight i know cost less than my initial ticket.

After talking with support they claimed they gave information about no baggage and no new seat reservation for the rebook. I've contacted support for a rebook earlier too and i didnt get any information there either. I specifically asked them cause i assumed the seat reservation didnt transfer and since i had payed so much asked if it was possible to move the flight and not a rebook. I managed to get a refund for the baggasje and they included it for 1 eur after i pointed this out so i will give them a 2 star for that.

I wish they had seat reservation on their site as they do have add extra baggage as a addon. You can only do it when booking the ticket. It would make things a lot simpler than going trough slow support. Either way i wont be using this travel agency again.

Do not buy any air tickets from Supersaver!! We have been waiting 4 months for a refund which they confirmed was refunded to them from Thai Air May 17. During almost 4 months they told us that Supersaver’s
”refund team” have been working to transfer our money which they now kept for almost 4 months!!

I bought a 2 tickets kr16,100 from Bergen to Philippines then Philippines to Bergen, due to Pandemic Covid 19 we cancelled our trip. I wrote a message to support team & asked them to send my money back to my acct.. 1 year later the money I received from supersaver sendt to my acct. was kr8,100 half of the price I paid😭..I called & message them multiple times to their customer support but nothings happened. I advise don't buy ticket to this company because they are scammer.

I am very angry. Both my Wife and me are senier citizen such a bad experience we never had.
I have bought ticket from supersaver many times, never feel like this time.
Very, very, very.................... Bad experience. I can`t explain how I feel, very bad.
