Everyone should be eligible to the first time discount
Happy enough with the delivery but I knocked 2 stars off because I should have been eligible for the first order discount ( can’t remember if it was 10 or 15%) which was not applicable because of the country I live in.

Still waiting on refund
I accidentally ordered the wrong item, and the website clearly advertises free returns for Belgium. However, my package arrived without a return label. I took the company a full month to send me the correct return label. I immediately returned the goods but i'm still waiting for a refund.
Update (8 weeks later): Returned the package 7 weeks ago. Still waiting for my refund. This is simply a fraudulent company. If I do not receive a refund, I will be compelled to leave public reviews on ALL MAJOR PLATFORMS reflecting my experience. At this point, it's not just about the money—it's about the principle and how this situation has been handled.

Pessimi, very bad
Worst customer service ever. Never, ever answer the phone. Barely reply to email and always with an attitude. Higher prices and smaller portion than any competitor, fake sales where they claim 60% on everything and only 1 product is at 60%, everything else is barely at 10%. They clearly think to be "SuperSmart", but they really ain't.
