The Best Hat Fitting Experience
The most thorough caring hat fitting we’ve ever had, and 5 children we’ve had lots!! The first place that’s actually had a hat that fits our youngest daughter properly. The colour my daughter wanted wasn’t in stock but only took 1 week to arrive and a phone call as soon as it had.

Having used supplement solutions for years I've never had an issue previously but you only know how good a company is when things go wrong. On this occassion the product was clearly faulty however it took 3 phone calls, 3 emails and a working week to get a refund of £7, I was made to feel like I might ve trying rip the company off which I thought was really poor from a longstanding customer who has spent considerable sums with this company

Thank you for your feedback and please accept our apologies. It saddens us when we receive poor reviews as our small team try their hardest to ensure that every enquiry or problem is dealt with professionally. We have a procedure when an item is reported faulty which the team followed but it can take a few days to investigate. We don’t offer an immediate refund until we have contacted the manufacturer to make sure there isn’t a reason such as an ingredient change. We also need to establish if the manufacturer required the item to be returned. After your initial contact on the 18th we forwarded the images and videos to the manufacturer for them to look at. Once they had checked the product and batch, they told us to dispose of the item and issue a refund, which we did on the 21st . I am sorry you felt like we were trying to rip you off, it’s not our intention, the price of the item wasn’t really the issue, but we always want to make sure the manufacturer is involved as there may be a batch recall required.
Your business is important to us, and we do hope you will place future orders with us.

Easy ordering. Product was delayed form the suppliers. A representative supplement solutions contacted me to advise of the delay. Product was delivered on the correct date and i was advised when it was going to be delivered each step of the way.
The product is extremely good. My horse is very
susceptible to laminitis being a good doer puts on weight, just by looking at grass. This combined with restricted gazing and part of a balance diet gives my horse the right amount of minerals/protein that they require to help control laminitis

The only product that’s work
I’ve struggled to keep my horses mud fever under control for the last few years. Tried many creams, powders and lotions. A friend recommended this site and products and it was the best recommendation ever. Not a sore or scab in site after a week.
