Amazing service there was a problem…
Amazing service there was a problem with the manufacturer, so it took a few months to get my order. I was constantly kept up to date with the manufacturers expectations. Offered to choose an alternative product each time I received a call or email. My order was shipped and with me as soon as it arrived at supplement solutions. Staff are extremely polite, helpful and efficient. I will be using again and would 100% recommend.

The clippers don’t work properly and…
The clippers don’t work properly and didn’t from the first switch on. The solution given is to speak to the manufacturer, when they should be sent back to yourselves and replaced. I now have a horse that needs clipping and clippers that are faulty

Thank you for choosing to order with Supplement Solutions and please accept our apologies that you are experiencing issues with your clippers that you have bought from us.
The initial video that you sent of the clippers not working correctly could have possibly shown that the blades were not snapped down correctly to the machine so they were making a louder noise than they should. We then sent you a video made by the manufacturer showing how to correctly put the blades on the machine. As you were still experiencing issues with your clippers, we have had to follow the procedure put in place by the manufacturer which usually includes a request to their service team being put through so the issue can be investigated. We have found in the past that it is usually easier for the customer to go directly to the manufacturer, which is their usual procedure as well.
We have emailed our returns address to you to send these clippers back to us and we will send these back to the manufacturer for you on this occasion so they can be investigated further. It may be that your clippers require a service or a repair, so the manufacturer does need to be made aware and investigate this further, as per their procedure.
Please accept our apologies again regarding the issues you’ve been having with your clippers. We will do our upmost to ensure that a solution is put in place as soon as possible for you.
