My technician was very pleasant and helpful with questions regarding my cell phone also

The issues I was experiencing were quickly understood and resolved.

I called Support.com on Thursday (9-21-23) to get some assistance with my computer because it was not responding to my commands. I thought it needed a tune-up or something to clean up the cookies or whatever was causing it to run slowly.

I was told my request would be marked "URGENT" and someone would call me back the same day. No one called until the following day. My need wasn't pressing so I was not too upset by the late response.

On 9-22-23, I received a call from someone who identified himself as "Michael." His login, however, identified him as "Johsanto." I explained my problem and Michael ran a system check, updated my Windows application and left me with a computer that was performing MUCH BETTER than it was before. And that was the outcome I hoped to get.

I have been a Support.com customer since 2020 and I have always been satisfied with the level of service I have received from them. They are going by a different name these days (US Tech Support) so I hope US Tech Support will prove to be as upstanding as Support.com was.

I never had to wait on a return phone call when I was with Support.com so I hope US Tech Support will iron out that little wrinkle because if my need was truly urgent, I would have been upset if they did not respond in a timely manner.

Everyone was extremely helpful, efficient. and courteous. I do have two small complaints though, both the service representative on the phone, and the tech, tried to push software to me that I did not want. Also, the tech took over twelve hours to get back to me, I didn't think he was going to contact me. I thought my ticket was lost. I was surprised when he finally did call.

I couldn't get the p[rpgram to work, Your technician fixed it.

This technician was proficient, professional and personable. He was total professional while communicative and kept me informed on all sides. I had been totally unable to work and he came in quickly identified the problem then proceeded to correct all issues. Truly the technician makes all the didfference. CLONE THIS ONE!!

Tech Support assisted me with a microsoft file movement.

In that I am not very "tech savvy", US Tech provides peace of mind. Today, an irritating defender flashing chaos appeared out of nowhere. Here comes Riza and Jeremy to the rescue. Not once, have I regretted any $$$ spent for services obtained from Iolo (except the pop ups lol).
Thanks for always providing superior assistance to keep my computer safe.
