What an outstanding care company that fully embraces what it means to deliver good care.
The staff follow the care plans ensuring they treat the people they care for with dignity and respect.
They communicate well with not only the people they care for but with their family members and go above and beyond for example "random acts of kindness" or adjusting calls to suit needs.
The Registered Manager is compassionate and supportive.
There are plenty of staff and they match staff to the people they support. I noticed consistency of staff throughout the care package which is such an important part of care delivery.
Thank you SureCare for being there and upholding such wonderful values in a very difficult sector.
This review is based on well over 12 months of care delivered to my Nan.

Surecare good care package but I have to leave now last day tomorrow. I sweared at the boss by mistake.

Surecare have been excellent in delivering care to my mother, whom has complex needs. The level of professionalism is always maintained, as well as a personal caring role. I would highly recommend.

During the pandemic, I am shielding (disabled) and my aged mother is having care from Surecare 5x daily....without it I just don't know how we would manage - I have not seen or spoken to her since mid March....my brother calls in weekly and assures us she is well and well cared for, so we are very grateful.

Sometimes did not keep to time without advance notification

You listen to your clients and relatives. Mum likes the staff. Good communication.

Well what can I say? - SureCare has some of the most amazing staff working for them - they are compassionate, caring and professional. They go above and beyond on many an occasion to ensure that their service users feel safe and well cared for - I would have them looking after any of my family members without hesitation.

Professional care of the highest standard , person- centered care to forfil and enable the service user to maintain independence and dignity, ensuring the service user is valued and empowered at all times .

Lovely happy careing work collegues and have made some lovely friends while working for surecare over the last 4 years , and hopefully many more , great hours are to suit your family life ,and always over time if need be .
Theres always a member of the team on the end of the phone for support and advise , good training to get us out in the community to care and support our servise users .

Very grateful to have such lovely carers looking after my mum who has alzheimers and can sometimes be unintentionally difficult since she isn't aware of her care needs. I can see that the majority of the carers have struck up a nice relationship with her (and me), tempting plates of food are prepared and they keep on top of the laundry! Whenever her medical needs alter, the doctor or district nurse are informed. The office staff are easily contactable to make any requests or changes to visits and the out of hours emergency contact is very useful. Seems a very well organised and professional care company.
