Absolutely awful service. Avoid.
Absolutely awful service. Car was under powered for Madeira, also brakes were not working and car had to be returned at our own expense. Manager and his side kick were appalling. Aggressive and dismissive. Didn't pick us up from airport on time and then charged 40 euros excess to allow us to have a car. Threatened to abandon us at the airport. In returning the car due to brakes,manager was equally rude and dismissive. He said he would drive out a fresh car but in reality just drove off site not to return. Spoilt our first time in Madeira I would never use this company again. It is not surprising their truspilot score is going down. I would advise looking for a more professional company and avoiding this one all together.
