I recently used Surrey home removals for quite a stressful move with me and my husband.After looking online and enquiring with several different removal companies my friend recommended someone she had previously used. We made contact with the owner jamie who went beyond what was expected to explain how his company worked and we felt confident enough to proceed. I am so glad we chose to use Surrey home removals and the team were so prompt and professional and our move was stress free,straight forward and we would not be settled in our new home if it wasn't for companies like Surrey home removals a definite 10 plus for the team.Mark,Stuart and Alfie were fantastic many thanks for our experience with you guys absolutely spot on

USE WITH CAUTION. The team arrived over two hours late, with two old, decrepit unmarked vans, neither had a tail lift or ramp. The team leader, Jamie, immediately said he had underestimated the size of the job, the size of the team needed or the size of the van required. Eventually everything was loaded after they had to go off and find a third, even older, van. Everything went into their store for a month and was then delivered to my new home. Damage was immediately evident to furniture and white goods, and they admitted they did not have enough covering cloths. I subsequently advised them of considerable damage to household items but they denied any liability. I sent photos, and they then blamed it on our packing - yet items were in double or even triple walled boxes with bubble wrap and peanuts. I ship goods around the world for over 20 years and my partner runs a logistics company to Africa! We know how to pack!!!!! Eventually they declined all liability, refused to give me their insurance company details and then blocked all further communications. We seriously considered a legal claim but decided they weren't worth fighting and wrote them off. I'm sure for other people they may be fine, but for us – never again. An expensive and disappointing lesson.

Jamie and his team moved us last week 28th June from Berkshire to Hampshire. The professional attitude of the guys was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic job from the Surrey Home Removals team led by Jamie. They moved furniture from two sites in Surrey into London for us without a scratch and made it a stress free day for us! Incredible job.

A massive thank you to Jamie and his team for a stress-free moving experience. We opted for the full packing service and it was a godsend. His team arrived at 8am and had everything packed within 2 hours and even loaded a van full to save time the next day. Moving day itself was excellent. The team arrived promptly, were cheerful and polite all day and did a superb job of unloading all our stuff to the correct locations. They even dismantled and reassembled extra items of furniture! I can’t recommend Surrey Home removals highly enough.

We used Surrey Home Removals for our house move over two days on 22nd & 23rd June 2021.We were anxious as the market was extremely busy with property completions in the days leading up to the end of the stamp duty holiday.We need not have worried. Jamie and his team were superb.We opted for the full packing service which was a godsend and well worth it.Everything fragile was carefully wrapped or bubble wrapped and placed in secure boxes for loading.The team were all so friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. All large items eg beds were disassembled and reassembled with ease in the new house.TVs and mirrors were carefully boxed and protected. Overall,a brilliant service.

When our move date was moved for a second time we were finding it difficult to find a removal firm. Our estate agent put us in touch with Surrey Home Removals and the moment I spoke to Jamie I knew we were in good hands. Throughout the video survey he explained what was included in the fixed price. Due to covid we decided to pack ourselves and had already ordered boxes from Amazon, but when we were running short he was very quick to supply, at cost, more boxes. On the day of the move Jamie and his team arrived at 8am as promised and had our 3 bedroom house packed and loaded (including items that needed dismantling) in the vans by 10:45! When we arrived at our new house they had everything unloaded and placed in our desired rooms within one and half. We can't thank them enough for making our actual move a stressless one. I would not have any hesitation in recommending them.

Very professional, helpful and nice guys. Went above and beyond to help us. We wanted them to do our move firstly, but then our date changed and they were already booked. We were gutted, especially as we ended up having a truly Mickey Mouse bunch to move us. It was a complete disaster from start to finish, leaving us heaving with furniture and unable to move in our new house.
Surrey Home Removals came very quickly to clear most of the stuff out again and took it in to storage for us so we could start to get straight. They then bought the stuff back at a later date. They were all very kind and nothing was too much trouble. Can’t recommend them enough so if you’re moving, get in quick and book them ASAP. You won’t regret it. Very competitive prices too.

We were given a quite via face tine call. Jamie and his team packed fragile stuff carefully and cleanly and were polite and friendly about the dog tripping in and out of the place. Would recommend to friends and family and anyone wanting to move.

Great company made my move really easy , great prices and really friendly team !

Really impressed with Surrey Home Removals from the first moment we contacted them about our move. Jamie actually came to our house the same day and sent his quote thru to us that evening. He is obviously totally committed to his company There is a three week gap between moving out and moving into our new abode so their storage facilities were very important to us. Our move went without a hitch. We have some very precious marble furniture and the team went to great pains to ensure that all the items were really well protected. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole team worked hard on what turned out to be the hottest day of the year!!!! I would sincerely recommend this removal company. Their attitude is wonderful and the pricing was also ideal for us. It is great that we can relax with no worries until we finally move into our new home.

Excellent service. They were quoting my move within hours of me calling (not days like most companies) they showed up on time and were 1/2 the price. They made our move so easy and smooth. I would highly recommend!!

The service from Surrey Home Removals was incredible. Never before have I experienced such service and I have moved 17 times, and to 6 countries. The staff are fantastic, nothing was a problem, any issues that we encountered, and we did.. they had a solution. It made the stress of moving a breeze.
