It's a scam I spent days working to get enough sb and my number has now needed to change. I've needed to change all my details my email address is now ruined. The customer service is treating me like a joke. Stay away from this website I never got a penny and they sold my data
Edit: They wanted me to get in touch so they could try and get more of my data and ID. They basically said here...we've put a dollar in your swagbucks account...if you want to use anything in your swagbucks account...photo id please...LOL The utter cheek of these people

If we could get only surveys that work, not clicking on them only to be told already completed it previously. Making it easier to complete daily goal. Take trivia off daily goals cuz not all of us have time to play it so can’t earn full bonus.

Nonexistent customer service …
No reply to credit enquires for 6 months !! They say they'll respond in 30 days but that's a lie. I'm missing thousands of offer credits and they do not respond. Do not waste your time. I've opened ticket after ticket with proof and they haven't even acknowledged much less resolved it. Super unimpressed with their total lack of customer service. Fix my missing points!!! Do your job !

I can't see any way this isn't a scam
If I could give a lower review, I would. I pursued Swagbucks in a time of exploring ways to make money after losing work.
Though the promise of making money by taking surveys and playing games is clearly a stretch, I thought it might be fun to make a couple bucks while I found a job.
I quickly found that very few surveys actually offered any payouts because of my demographic and switched to the game-playing side of the business.
In the midst of making in-app purchases upon the promise of getting more money and rewards (though marginal), this company chose to deactivate my account.
When I pursued the reason for this decision over and over again through email, I continued to receive the response that I had vaguely (with no specific examples, though I demanded some) violated the terms and conditions.
They appreciated my understanding that their company scammed me out of the pittance I had been assured... because... they had reviewed my account and determined it to be fraudulent and problematic for the safety of their company. Very convenient.
