I received my case this morning, which I am very happy with.
The overall service has been exceptional throughout... I dealt with Sean who went 'above and beyond' to help me.

Absolutely recommended.

I rang Swan on a Thursday needing a flight case for the following Thursday in Ireland. The guy I spoke to explained that the case had to be made up before shipping. I paid a small premium to have the case manufactured over the weekend, which allowed Swan to ship it to Cork, Ireland on Monday. The case arrived by courier on Tuesday afternoon. I was blown away by the positive, can do attitude of Sawn. This was my first experience but should I need a Flight case again, it will be Swan all the way. Simply Brilliant

I needed an adjustment making to a flight case.

Whilst on my way to their offices, I was due to arrive at approx 3, unfortunately there was a major crash on the motorway bringing it to a standstill. I was sat for 2 hour. It looked like i was not going to make it for 5 which is when they close.

They offered to stay back till 6. Luckily the traffic got moving shortly after and i arrived about 5.10

They made the adjustment and got me a coffee whilst i waited.

Excellent customer service. I fully expected to have to go back a different day but they definitely stepped up.

I ordered a custom case to fit 2 monitors, which looked great in the drawings, but I had to make a couple of alterations to the design of the case.

The case arrived sooner than expected, and the quality of the workmanship was excellent

Have used Swanflight for years now and have always had great service. The cases are well made and a perfect fit.

I finally ordered a pair of flight cases for my Technics 1210s (I mean, I've had them 30 years so it was about time). The cases arrived in 3 days and are things of beauty. Lovely build quality, with a rubberised hex covering. I'm actually dreading them getting scratched when flying them anyway, they're that beautiful. I'll buy from Swan again without hesitation.

Even though my flight case was years old, when Swan found out it was underperforming they took it back and rebuilt it even better than before, free of charge! Absolutely first class service.

What an excellent flight case. I drove up to them and was seen straight away, onto the cnc machine went my guitar and 5 weeks later my case arrived. 1 week later my guitar arrived at my house in Spain in perfect condition. Great cases but also A1 customer service…can not rate SwanFlight highly enough

I've bought several Swanflight cases now and they are nothing less than excellent. Well built, easily securable and delivered quickly and with no fuss. Highly recommended.

I've been using Swanflight for years now and they're second to none!. I've had cases ranging from small record boxes to large trunks and custom cases and they've been perfect every time. I recently placed a large order for rack, guitar, drum and mixer cases and i couldn't be happier. The guys in the office are very friendly and incredibly helpful and their response to any of my questions is immediate. Can't thank everyone at swan enough!

Completely inferior product. When I read bespoke case I assumed it would be shaped to fit my equipment. It wasn't. Very disappointed in design and build. I literally have to throw it away and buy from a different manufacturer.

Sent an email with an urgent enquiry for a flight case they advertise on eBay and on their website, didn’t get a reply, they said they didn’t get my email, when I phoned them they said it wasn’t an item they keep in stock and the lead time was too long to deliver next day delivery, why advertise a standard case if you don’t keep it in stock, too laid back for my liking. Went to NSP Cases, they had it in stock and can do next day delivery.

What a super top job was done on my custom-built flight case. There was a lot of detail going back and forward to make sure we both got it right and Lee dealt with this,with the patient of a saint, he was incredibly helpful in every bit of the case getting done, so now I’m absolutely delighted how it turned out. Well done guys and especially lee. 5 stars all the way

Can’t recommend Swanflight enough. Ordered a case on priority delivery, arrived very quickly but damaged in transit. One quick phone call and we had a replacement next day with damaged item collected. What a great service! The case we now have is of excellent quality. Would 100% recommend.

A large amount of my musical equipment is in Swanflight cases, either for "storage" or to protect equipment that I carry around a lot. After the first couple of cases I even started browsing the list of their "standard" cases to help with my purchasing decisions for things I was considering using "live" and therefore needing frequent transportation.

Great range of colour options for "normal" side panels but if you want a lighter "flightpanel" style case the colour range is limited which is a shame. Sometimes a strong scent of glue when brand new (a sign of manufacture on demand?) and when empty one "singles" record case an inch length of side foam wanted to come away from the side, but not been a problem since. If honest I wish the Vortex "keytar" case was more fitted to the odd shape, but the gap left is great for a "guitar strap" and cables, and the keyboard certainly has no chance to move around within the case.

I ordered two LP100 record boxes and one 7'' 200 record box. They are superb quality and bulletproof. Moreover, the price was excellent as they were all discounted.
DPD delivered them the next day.
Communication was also excellent. Mr. Gav Roper responded to any of my questions immediately.
I more than highly recommend Swanflight. 5 stars!

Used their online contact form to ask about making a case for an unusually shaped keyboard, got a call back that same morning telling me they could add this model tot heir standard cases, meaning I had the same customisation options available as their other standard cases, but removed the anxiety over designing my own case. Can't recommend them enough!

Fantastic service. This is the first time I have used Swanflight and am very impressed. I ordered a flight case for my partners mixing desk (xenyx QX1832 USB) but mistakenly ordered a case for a xenyx X1832 USB. This meant that the foam insert was slightly different and the desk didn’t fit. Gav at Swanflight arranged for the case to be collected the same day. The adjusted the foam insert and returned it the same day. Keeping me informed with every step they were taking. The mixer now fits very snuggly. Would highly recommend

The best Flight Case Manufacturer by far.
I made an order for a Yamaha EAD10 drum module case and it came within a couple of days. Great quality flightcase. Would definitely recommend.
