Such a crap app and customer service isn’t replying to my emails at all. I haven’t been receiving any points for my transactions and their customer service has been completely rubbish. Not worth downloading at all. Stay away!
I did receive the points on referral and where there have been points that have not tracked, the support team had been great and awarded them. The only thing I am gutted about is that Prezzee is no longer available to redeem gift cards. I hope that they are able to bring them back soon.
What a sham of a company, got invited as they were giving away points, so I myself invited a few more people, as obviously you get points for referrals. So later tried to claim gift card, and couldn't. It kept saying my account was under the review, no explanation was given as of why, tried to log in today, as I keep getting emails about giftcards, and using my points, but I can't even log in, as I'm blocked now.
Tried to contact customer support team no answers. So yeah don't bother with these scammers, probably just gathering data and selling it later on !
Same experience as the other reviewers. They offered 500 points for inviting a friend. If you get 1500 points you earn yourself a £10 gift card. I managed to earn myself a couple of gift cards through Swapi but then Swapi take down my account. I hadn’t violated any of their terms but I guess they mustn’t like to pay out the gift cards. So they’ve basically set up a referral scheme to get more users on the app but not reward the existing users for inviting these new people as they said they would. Avoid the app at all costs. They also don’t reply when you question them regarding this.
Blocked my account without any reason. I have not done anything wrong at all. Just to avoid paying out they blocked my account and seems they’re doing it to everyone who gains any sort of referrals. Awful
