horrible customer service
I visited the Watford store to exchange an item I had received as a gift. I arrived approximately at 17.00 pm, as per your store opening hours listed on the website, an hour before closing time. During my visit, I was browsing items while waiting for the shop assistants to become free from serving other clients so that they can help me. As there were only 2 shop assistants working, it took rather long to get to the till, so it was around 17.30 pm, still 30 minutes before the official closing time, by the time it was my turn to get served.
However, the shop assistant on duty was not only unwilling to assist but her demeanor was dismissive, and she made it clear, both through choice of words and tone, that they she was not interested in helping me simply because it was close to closing time. Her exact words were “I cannot help you because we are closing”. When I pointed out that I have been in the store for at least for 30 minutes waiting to be served, she replied “I don’t care”.
When I asked for the manager so that I could resolve the issue, she contemptuously responded that there was no manager on duty.
The central customer service - after sending them a complaint - was even worse!
Avoid Swarovski.

What an insane company. Clearly has no quality control or humans overlooking delivery of overpriced goods, its all become automated. I gave a present to someone with a heartfelt message. I was so shocked and disappointed when the message I wrote was blank. I have decided to return the goods, and will never shop here.

Quality issues
I got my bracelet as a gift on Christmas 2021, I loved the bracelet but unfortunately exactly year later when I was packing gifts before Christmas my bracelet fell of and was snapped in the middle, couple weeks later I had it replaced for a new one in Svarowski store. After just a couple months of wearing it exactly the same thing happend, the bracelet snapped while shopping and I was lucky enough I noticed it falling off. Second time I exchanged the bracelet we had to pay extra as the model of this bracelet was changed and it had a higher price. I didn’t mind that as I thought maybe the problem of quality was solved but I was unpleasantly surprised after wearing it for a couple of times and finding out how easily the new clasp can be unfasten as it fell of my wrist while I was just casually moving my hand. This time it wasn’t broken but the clasp just unfastening really easily on its own(a gentle tap with your arm on your body is enough if you hit the claps), therefore the item wouldn’t be assumed faulty and I wouldn’t be able to get a refund.
One day when I was coming back from my trip abroad with different kind of public transport, I noticed halfway through I didn’t have the bracelet on my wrist so it must have fallen somewhere on my way leaving me unable to find it. My overall experience clearly shows the product left a lot to wish for emphasis that it was worth 170£.
After reaching out the customer service twice I was said that they can’t help at all.

my angelic necklace SNAPPED, i have emailed them to figure out a solution and because it is 2 months over the 2 year warranty they said they can’t do anything, they won’t even fix it, for such a big brand i find this a disgrace because a necklace i wear on occasions only it should not be breaking this easily, and for it to cost 300 at the time and then for it to just break i find is an absolute joke because if it’s such a big brand they should be putting money into making there products, i have also known of a few other people to have this happen to and they weren’t assisted in any way either. sort your brand out.

Customer Service Unit, I am not satisfied with buying from you and choosing this store, and I have a lot of complaints from you on Google Review, and I definitely get the lowest score because I was on the day of my wife's birthday and my wife's birthday, and I had a ring on my mother's day. I sent my wife's confirmation from the store and then got the order email without me canceling it and you ruined all of my wife's dream that could have been a sweet and surprising moment for her, and with the rude response that the order was canceled for me. It was the most shameful lie I got from a luxury brand and claimed to be a professional and a new product for a particular taste! Did you not question your values with this level of irresponsibility? !!! I trusted your brand from overseas in such an important life and bought it online and sent my wife to take delivery and I was in disbelief and I was betrayed by calling me and her crying and trusting your brand and the seller said we were wrong and made money! And we threw away the memorial card !!! This means to lose the trust and credibility of both your brand in trust and in my relationship because my wife has taken it! And to say the money back to the card. Is everything money? I again paid my virginity for my wife and insisted on buying again! With a broken heart and no symbol of my love I had for him, we renew our commitment !!! And this is the obvious error of your unprofessional salesman and your error in not training and employing experienced people !!!

Just ended a customer service period of 2,5 months yesterday. The girls in the store were nice, but not able to help or make own decisions on the level of service.
The click closure of my tennis bracelet needed to be replaced after just 4 years. After 2 months at the Repair Dept in Innsbruck I got the message it was not repairable. No other solutions given.
Okay, so what now. Throw it away, 195,00?? So I wore it again in the hope it would go okay, and yesterday I lost it somewhere on the street.
I will NOT buy a new Swarovski. Bad service, no solutions. Feels cheap for such a big and great Marketing brand. They lost a great fan!

Very gorgeous jewellery. I bought my first bracelet with Swarovski. It was shipped very quickly and arrived in this beautiful well packaged box. I can see why this brand is talked about loads on TikTok. I bought the one heart bracelet and it’s so beautiful in real life as it is in the pictures of the official website. I’ve since added more Jewellery to my wish list as I will be coming back for more!!! 🙂

My husband purchased a gold plated cocktail ring and matching earrings in October 2021. They are an item that is worn on very special occasions, I have only worn them twice and they have been in the box. I went to wear them at Christmas 2024, and noticed that all the gold had tarnished. I returned them at my expense and asked them to replace them as they still sell them on the outlet, they didn't bother to respond just sent them back and I received them back 25th April 2025. I have tried to contact Customer Services, spoke to a nice Manager but she was told that they couldn't do anything about it. The ring was £125 and the earrings about the same. I have been shopping with this company for years, what would have cost them very little has actually lost them a loyal customer, they attitude is incredibly short sighted, I would never treat my customers as they do. Be very careful with what you are buying, you would be lucky if that product lasts 25 months and if it doesn't you don't have a chance in hell.
Avoid Swarovski MAR Loule at any cost
Bought 2 items for my wife's birthday in Swarovski MAR shopping center in Loule. In the afternoon my wife went to thye shop to return the items but was told that though Swarovski normal policy is to provide refunds within 30 days of purchase, the shop in MAR is a franchise and its policy is just to offer exchanges. Make sure that if you want to buy their product, never buy in MAR or in any other "partner" shops but from only official Swarovski shops. The service in MAR is also appealing - so just do not go there.

Not suitable or scure earrings alert!
Have to preface this I became a gold member of Swarovski club recently but been member of the said club for almost 20 years now, I did set up the online account around 6 years ago though I think.
I had mostly good experiences with Swarovski so far, damaged items were replaced if the crystals fell of etc ( there was one gold player bracelet with dice et on it from years ago etc)
I have recently purchased Idyllia flower collection for the sun of €459 order 10IE00000487051
The Set that includes 3 pieces flower set with a flower cuff is what I would have had an issue with, having lost the said piece the first day I wore it.
My first time ever contacting the customer service and not through the store, was told the warranty does not cover accidental loss of items and these of course cannot be returned then.
The cuff is not secure to wear even with a careful placement and attention to having the hair tied back etc, I would never again purchase anything with the cuff as it’s not suitable to wear. You are risking not only loosing it and not having a replacement or be able to return the set altogether. Furthermore they cannot inspect it for faults either since it’s missing.
I got no further help or assistance from Swarovski on this matter and of course the products on the site have no option to leave reviews so I started searching to find where I can do so, was interested to see the average reviews of the company on trust pilot being 1.7 😂
I was also very lucky on my order of big bow earrings 10IE00000452761 when it’s also a flimsy lock that when I lost one, I found it and didn’t raise it with customer care that time, so just be aware those earrings are not secure either
If you are buying from Swarovski make sure you are not as stupid as myself spending €280 on a set of earrings and losing a piece in a day and keep in mind it’s just glass!
So Since my last two experiences with almost loosing an earring and loosing a cuff, just not bothered and totally disappointing experience, I now understand the 1.7 rating, better spend your money on actual gold since that at least goes up in price 😂 I think I ll be buying from Isabel Bernard from now on!
Also just don’t bother contacting the customer service as their warranty is not high standard for the price they charge and remember it’s glass! They won’t bother doing anything at all for you but will definitely empathise with your loss, also check the reviews since they hide them from their own site!

SHODDY INFERIOR BADLY MADE PRODUCTS
WE had a wonderful holiday on a cruise about 6 years ago and bought a Swarovski fish about 150mm long on a silver stand as a momento. It has been on a display shelf in our lounge - being occasionally dusted. A week ago it fell apart 2 fins dropped off and it fell from its stand. If I had bought it from ASDA I wouldn't bother but this was bought as a quality product costing in the realms of £1000.
I have contacted Swarovski asking for a repair. They have refused.
I just cannot believe it. DON't TOUCH THIS COMPANY. CLEARLY THEY ARE SHODDY INFERIOR PRODUCTS>

Matrix Bracelet Clasp failed.
I bought my wife a neckless, matrix bracelet and ring for her Birthday. They looked great but the bracelet clasp failed and it came off. Her friend reattached, but it came off again and was lost. It was a no from most places, but she tried Swarovski, and the lady there (although you don’t offer the service) was very helpful and understanding, and signposted her to other options. Extremely Disappointed with In-Store Experience and Customer Service
I had a very disappointing and distressing experience at the Swarovski store on Grafton Street, Dublin. I visited the store on Monday, April 14th, to collect a prepaid order. The staff gave me contradictory information and treated me in a disrespectful and dismissive manner, which led me to cancel the order as soon as I got home.
Two days later, on April 16th, I received an unexpected call from the store accusing me of taking an item — something I absolutely did not do. This call came after I had submitted a formal complaint about the service and requested a refund. I find the timing highly concerning.
I have submitted my case through all official channels — website, email, Instagram, Facebook, and even LinkedIn — but have yet to receive a proper response.
What should have been a joyful customer experience turned into a source of stress and frustration. I truly hope Swarovski, as a global brand, will take responsibility and address this situation professionally.

Worst experience I have ever had.
Made an in store purchase a week and a half ago for a size that would be shipped to me, and I was promised it in 2 days. It's been 11 days.
I was never sent tracking, called 4 days after purchase about any updates, was told it'd arrive in 3 more days & I would be given the tracking. I was never sent tracking info or my order.
I called again & they told me they had cancelled the order. Without telling me or verifying with me. Nothing. That is not okay.
I also called and emailed customer service multiple times during this and they said there's nothing they can do, no refund or anything. How can customer service not be able to actually help its customers??
This has been the absolute worst waste of my money and my time. 0/10

Don't waste your money on Swarovski jewelry. I bought a watch and after only 3 weeks—and just 4 wears—the back has already faded and changed colors. When I went to the store, the manager told me it was due to the rose gold material, but since it wasn’t her location, she said I needed to return the next day to speak with another manager. I went back, only to be told the 3-year warranty only covers the crystals. She also said things like lotion, water, or sanitizer could cause the discoloration. I reminded her that I barely wore the watch. None of my other watches have ever done this, and this one is made from the cheapest material I’ve ever experienced—despite the high price tag. Total rip-off. The receipt doesn’t even say the warranty is only for gems; that’s just what the manager claimed. What kind of brand sells products that tarnish in under a month? Avoid it.

I would like to express my disappointment following a recent visit to one of your stores in the center of Amsterdam. On April 10th, I visited the store intending to purchase a jewelry set which was clearly marked as €159. I asked the sales assistant if the same set was available in silver, and she confirmed that it was. I then told her I would like to purchase it.
However, when we went to the register, I was informed that the price was €188. I was very surprised and asked why the price was different, and she told me that the items were sold separately — even though I had specifically asked for a set and she confirmed that to me earlier.
Not only was this misleading, but the sales assistant's attitude was also dismissive and not friendly at all, which made the experience even more frustrating. I ended up leaving the store without making the purchase, feeling upset and disappointed.
I hope you take this feedback seriously, as it does not reflect the quality and customer experience I expect from a brand like Swarovski.
