Placed order and item not received. Tried multiple times to email for an update with no response. Finally requested a refund via PayPal which was accepted. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering as this seems a common theme!!!!. Sure I used them a couple years ago and all went well, shame!

Took my money, no response, no contact number and no product 2 weeks later! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Status never changes from processing and they completely ignored all attempts to contact them. The only response came when I sent to PayPal for assistance. They then issued a full refund.
Complete waste of time and effort

Ordered placed 21st October. Order still in progress . Numerous emails sent and no telephone number to contact . I'm still waiting. Terrible customer service can't comment on poster I've not received it

Finally got my item after 3 months almost.. and its absolutely rubbish! Don't stick to the wall, so has ended up in the bin.

I ordered a bespoke design for my daughters bedroom which cost me £30. I ordered this at beginning of October 2024 Told delivery will be 10 days.
I sent multiple messages on their webpage for them to contact me regarding my order also I sent multiple emails wanting to know where my order is or any tracking information regarding my order.
yesterday I got an email from them telling me they were sorry for the delay with my order and My order will be dispatched today, so i’ve just gone onto there website logged into my account to see if there’s any tracking info etc only to be told I have no orders with them.

Ordered 2nd August and it's now 2nd September and still not recieved what I've ordered

Ordered custom made wall art on 28 July. It's supposed to take a max of 10 business days. I have not received my order. I also contacted them to ask about the status of my order. Not even the courtesy of a response.
Terrible company. Do not waste your money!!!!!!!
Will be contacting Trading Standards Agency.

Had to open a dispute with PayPal for them to send my item, unfortunately ordered from them twice before seeing the reviews. Still awaiting the second order despite placing that on the 19th July. Not responded to emails regarding the delivery of said item. Very poor customer service.

The first item which arrived is great which is their only saving grace, hence the 2 stars. Just a shame takes over a month to arrive with the seller being radio silent on the matter.

Horrible company.
First, it took ages to deliver.
And even after it got delivered, it never did the job and they put an instruction that it has to be installed within a time frame.
They promised refund on the basis of returning it to them.
Same was returned, still no refund.
They are not even replying mails.
Got the same products elsewhere at a cheaper price.

Order placed 9th July. No updates no contact details and no replies to emails. Today 10th August the decals arrived and were absolutely perfect.
They need to spk to customers!!!!

Scam should be banned online services.
I have ordered just like many others and overdue time delivery.
I would have my money back. Unfortunately there is not a answer either.

I'd give less than one star if I could. I ordered May 19 and have not received my order. They have also not returned any of my chaser emails (of which there have been multiple). Awful.

I ordered on the 21st April and still not received my item despite sending multiple emails and receiving no reply to any of them.

0!!! Order hasnt arrived, can't get hold of them. Waste of money

Order was a bit late in coming but was very easy to put in place,albeit not following instructions. Very pleased with my purchase. Happy customer. Carole Yardley.

I ordered on the 5th of may and still have not received my order emailed and still have no reply just had to email again don't even have an order number absolute scam
