I ordered on 1st May.
It’s now 21st of May and I’ve received nothing.
I’m so glad I used PayPal as I’ve been able to open a dispute. Hopefully I’ll get a refund.
Wish I’d read the reviews before parting with £80.00

DONT USE, I chased my order, got a reply saying it was on its way. The order online says it was delivered but it hasn't. No more responses to my chases. It's a fraud!!!!

Paid £19 pounds for order on 12th April still not got order

Still not had delivery 23 days later. No communication from them. Avoid!

I WOULD AVOID!!! NOT WORTH THE HASSLE
I ordered sticker nearly 20 days ago and have asked for tracking number and a contact number coz can’t find any iv sent a few emails asking for updates and had a response saying sorry for the delay and it would be sent first class and that it was dispatched last week iv still not received it. The sticker is ment to be for my baby’s nursery but can’t finish the room due to this and seems a waste of £30 I searched the place up and it must be someone doing it from there house.

Iv sent Royal Mail a email asking if there’s any way if I can find out if they received my sticker without tracking code and still waiting on a response.

**UPDATE**
Sticker came and it’s in 2 separate pieces and they have sent wrong color for top of sticker waste of time waiting and money

I'm still awaiting my order too. Ordered on 30th March, emailed. Had a response 15th April by email. Said they would be sending the next day by Royal Mail First Class. Still waiting and no reply yet for 2nd email enquiring what the hold up is. No tracking number or anything. I was so excited to get the product as it would be my Stairs decor in my new home. 😩

Just no comment ... Avoid!!! Waiting month now to be delivered one wall sticker!!!
I already report it to paypal so hope i will claim it money back.

FRAUD!!

Do not use this company! Ordered goods, sent several messages and had nothing in response! Since I placed the order, I had hundreds of pounds fraudulently taken out of my account and I now hold this company responsible!!

ordered over £50 worth of stickers over 3 weeks ago not received sent 9 emails asking where they are to be emailed back twice saying they had been posted - not needed now as event is over - complete scammers im in the lakes next week so will be paying their unit a visit!

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering stuff for my garage.
No reply to any emails i send them, its been over 12days since the order and NOTHING received at all. !!!!

Why is this company still trading they don’t answer emails a bunch of cowboys got my money 16 days and no order received, I am reporting to trading standards today, wish my wife had read reviews before we placed the order

More of the same. Ordered mid December, nothing received, not responding to mails.

Package has eventually arrived, still no response via email received.

Would of gone elsewhere by seeing this.

So having got married a few months ago, I wanted a nice suprise for my wife & step children, By having an established wall sticker.

Ordered on the 6th December, sent a contact us message to them 4x.
Wait you guessed it... No response to any.

On checking the order through their status tool it showed as complete on the 22nd 👏🏼 have I received it... No, Do I think I will receive it... No

My best advice is research first!

Other advice to SW Creations is customer care is important if you can't manage that then you've lost already.

Do not order from this company!!! Its a total scam. I ordered a wall sticker for my fiance for Christmas. I ordered it before the Christmas deadline which was 10th December for guaranteed delivery before Christmas. It is now 26th December and I have recieved nothing. I have sent numerous e-mails but get no response. They have taken £31.00 from me which I will be disputing with my credit card company. This company needs to be shut down. Absolutely disgraceful 😡😡😡😡

If I could give a minus score I would. Like many others I usually do my research but didn't with this as it was everywhere on my Google search. I ordered my stickers on 23rd November and still no delivery and no response from numerous emails. I have requested my money back but nothing and I have run out of options as there is no contact number. This company is an absolute joke and don't buy anything off them. I am going to report them as ok it's only £21 but it's the principle and if they get that off lots of people they are laughing. I am fuming

Ordered a medium size wall sticker swc33350 order number on 4th November, 23rd November today still not arrived, supposed to take 5 - 10 working days, did email them and I did get a reply on the 18th November to say sorry for the delay it will be sent out 1st class on the 20th November, 23rd today still not here, very poor service, wouldn't use again

Do not use this company, ordered an item on the 28th September and still not arrived. So hard to get hold off and awful communication, had one email saying it will be with us soon.

Awful company and will never use them again.

Well, well, well, I wish my wife had read this! Unfortunately we have the same story as everyone else we ordered on August 26th and have nothing to show for it, I and my wife have emailed and shock horror no replies, do not order from these people at all, poor communication and they don't bother to reply anyway. Do they even exist? How long does it take to make some decals? Who knows, all I know is I and lots of people have paid money in good faith and have bugger all to show for it. Truly awful service.

Update 16th September... our order arrived this morning, still didn't have any communication or replies to emails however I will say the product is as ordered and arrived a week later then stated.
