Hi Donal, we have seen an extremely high volume of orders since the pandemic began and we have been trying our best to get orders out as soon as possible. There are times when it is even more busy like Easter, Halloween and Christmas. Your order was placed in the run up to Halloween and our levels were even higher at this time. As a small family business it is very difficult at times to meet all demands and we do ask customers to advise if any order is urgent, this is highlighted in the order confirmation email, we do our best to assist customers as much as possible with urgent orders. I know there was a delay with the couriers at the central distribution centre which effected numerous deliveries that particular day but we did communicate this and the tracking information as per dispatch email.
Brilliant fast service great prices too

Halloween Sweetie Jars
I ordered 2 Halloween Sweetie jars personalised for my two grandchildren. They absolutely loved them and it was a nice surprise as they couldn't Trick or Treat this year. A decent amount of sweets and a few small novelties. Topped off with the spiders web.
Two happy grandchildren!!

I ordered two sweet treat mini hampers for my nephews for Halloween & they are delighted with them (they couldn’t wait to open them!). Everything went smoothly and I would definitely recommend. I’ll be back in the future to order more :)
