Pleasantly surprised
We rented an apartment in Paris and for location and layout and access(first floor) it was terrific. We had a huge issue with the virtual key, but it was resolved. You definitely need to be tech savvy if you are staying here as everything you do is on a phone app including keys, so don’t get carried away with pictures on your phone in beautiful Paris and have your phone die or your keys won’t work. The flat was great and clean, a few more towels may be needed but they do have a washer and drier. We had a wonderful holiday and the bedding was lovely and comfortable and we had lots of space. Wifi was also much appreciated. We would highly recommend. Remember to always remember where you are and compare it to everything else around you before giving a rating. Not every country or city is the same and for Paris this was great.
Great apartment with easy access
Great apartment with easy access, clean and well furnished with good location.
I recommend.
perfect trip in milano with SweetInn !
We stayed in the the Sweet Inn Barcelona
We stayed at the Sweet Inn, Barcelona. Due to our flights being changed last minute without warning, we arrived late at night so there was no staff on site. However, the staff were in contact with me over whats app and sent me details on how to enter the apartment block.
On arrival, the place was very clean and comfortable. AC was on which was a godsend. The apartment had everything we needed - towels, an iron, a few cleaning products washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso machine :) no kettle mind but we made do.
Location-wise, its perfect, located in the gothic quarter, just a 2 minute walk to the Metro Line 1 - (Urgell) so getting around is very easy. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the local vicinity it's a good idea to take a walk around, the small convenience stores are open 24 hrs so getting a few of the essentials for your stay is easy but would recommend finding some of the larger supermarkets for a better price.
The staff on site were very helpful when seeking advice and directions.
Paris Cerisoles stay
Never again. Fastest to take your money...construction worker in one of the bedrooms upon check in...ooops! Don't mind advising us when I had "28" pieces of luggage in your lobby waiting to check in. The one bedroom was uninhabitable (the one being worked on...moldy stench)..no wifi...tomorrow we will fix. Took 2 hrs to get a return callback at the onset. Rodents in the kitchen as well. Many calls from numerous managers promising full refund as we wound up checking out after 2nd night. Moldy smell in the room Two of 4 days of our trip in Paris were spent on checking in and checking out. At the end they only refunded for the unused nights. Great customer service! Can't wait to use my Sweet Inn app for my next trip...NOT! Avoid...pay for the hotel!

Stay away ...a frauduland travel…
Stay away ...a dishonest travel apartment co. charging crazy prices for cancellation options and then refunding money in local currency.... had a substantial dollar loss upon cancellation.

Need to online check-in before. Who likes to spend half an hour to online Check in with uploading ID cards of all travelers.
For me as a traveler it feels annoying and redicolous. You need to download an app to open the door. Sounds innovativ but nothing but annoying. Plus advertise on portals like booking.Com and takes higher deposit then one night cost. With the deposit you need to put down, they could refurnish the place two times. Very low standard furnished. Why I don’t have pictures? Because it is my first review. Normally it takes too much effort the comment something but this kind of business model must stop in the travelling market. I don’t want to get 100 emails, I don’t want to sign up somewhere, I hate filling out forms, I simply want a place to sleep same like in description and in photos and this is it
RIPPED US OFF FOR $1000.00
THIS COMPANY RIPPED US OFF FOR $1,043.00. I booked the Barcelona apartment on May 12th. They had no problem processing my credit card payment of 991 euros/$1,043 on May 15th. On May 18th, while I was in Madrid, they began sending me emails requesting an additional city tax payment of 52 euros and a 300 euro additional deposit. Fine, no problem, except that the email link kept telling me my payment was invalid and to try again. I tried both my credit card and my debit card, at least a dozen times and tried contacting Sweet Inn at the phone number provided which was never answered. I tried emailing them, and they said to try a different card. Explained I had tried both cards I had with me, and which I had been using every day without any problem. They told me to check with my bank. I did, several times, and was told there was nothing on their end preventing the payments (which was pretty obvious since I was using the cards successfully for everything else.) Spent literally hours on the phone with Booking.com who also had trouble contacting anyone at Sweet Inn, but when they did finally speak to someone, they said I was "refusing payment". Very long story short, we arrived in Barcelona on May 23rd with nowhere to stay, since the property is entirely automated and there is no one there to talk to - at that point, we would have happily paid the remaining 352 euros in cash just to have the issue finished with. After 3 hours sitting on the sidewalk with our luggage while I tried to resolve the issue on the phone, we finally found another hotel. Meanwhile, I've been trying to get my money refunded - maybe $1,000 isn't a lot of money to some people, but it's quite a lot to me, especially for nothing but headaches.
Cancelled reservation due to no luggage…
Cancelled reservation due to no luggage holding area after notice of late flight. Upon cancellation, did not receive full refund as indicated on site in "moderate reservation". Refund was returned in local currency with significant dollar loss. Received numerous emails from different reps...no coordination and assume same will be with service....Stay away
The website pictures of the apartment…
The website pictures of the apartment at 15 rue de louvre were inaccurate, missing items of decor, rugs, different color paint. Now 2 months after we left the apartment the pictures on the website have not been updated. Also the day new towels appeared my $350 sunglasses were stolen from the dresser. We have not heard back from sweetinn after the first email where they said they would follow up despite multiple emails and phone calls.
Sweet Inn. Not Sweet at all
Sweet Inn? Sorry Never Again. We booked an apartment in Paris for our vacations. We were a group of friends. Some of us are seniors. Our apartment was at the 5th floor. The apartment was ok and as it described. The huge problem was the elevator who was out of service 5 out of 7 days of our stay. Sweet Inn knew the situation before our arrival and they dint even try to fix the problem. They offered us another apartment 40minutes drive out of Paris the second day of our stay. The communication with the them was the worst that we have ever face. Our Seniors was stack in an apartment instead to enjoying their vacation time. Even for the rest was nightmare to climb to the 5th floor daily using the stairs.
AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
What a terrible experience!!! We have booked an apartment operated by Sweet Inn for 7 days taking under consideration two factors: its central location and the ELEVATOR leading to the 5th floor. Upon arrival we discovered that the elevator was OUT OF ORDER. This meant us having our suitcases carried on our backs up the hill, 96 painful stairs to reach the 5th floor. The managing company haven't taken any actions to reallocate us until the 5th day of our stay, when we were suggested acceptable and relevant reallocation, however the internal company's communication failed again and finally we were not moved. Additionally, is worth to mention that the elevator was out of order prior to our arrival (and mostly all the year around, as the house residents informed us), which means that the managing company was well aware of offering us 600 euros per day apartment with NO ELEVATOR!!!. Finally, on the 5th day of our stay an attempt of repairing the elevator ended up with a failure of the elevator stuck on the next floor and producing a super annoying ultrasound alarm day and night!!! We are not the kind of grumbling guests trying to point out every wrong detail (e.g the blind WC's with NO VENTILATOR!!!) but in this case one cannot see any positives after climbing each day 96 painful steps and having been treated like a cheap hostel's client. The managing company is not to be trusted, the customer service is deliberately slow, evasive and deceptive in order to cover up any liability or accept to refund.
We have never been to such a beautiful…
We have never been to such a beautiful apartment in Jerusalem. This is the first time. We enjoyed it very much
Spacious apartment - great location
Check-in and check-out were very easy. The friendly greeter showed us the apartment. The apartment is spacious, clean and fully equipped. It combines the flair of a traditional Parisian house with modern furniture and style. You like breakfast or sundowner on the balcony, overlooking Boulevard Saint-Germain, only want to go only a few steps to Café Les Deux Magots or less then 10 min. to Ile de la Cité? You want to feel at home in Paris? We can strongly recommend this apartment!
Great stay from A to Z.
Cancellation city…
We made a booking on the 10th January for three Sweet Inn apartments in Puerto Banus for my best friend’s hen in September. Everything seemed great, apartments looked stunning and everything went through smoothly. We’d even had contact with Sweet Inn to ensure that hen parties were accepted at their property, which we were assured everything was fine. On the 16th March we received a message from Sweet Inn through booking.com to inform us that due to an end of a tenancy agreement with the landlord the apartments would not be available anymore and they advised us to cancel our reservations. They also told us that booking.com would reach out to help us find alternative accommodation, which never came to fruition. We were very disappointed as we thought we’d found the perfect accommodation for what we were looking for. A couple of days later, as we were searching for new accommodation, we came across the apartments that we had been told to cancel being advertised on booking.com as well as directly on the Sweet Inn site. We decided to try again reserving them free of charge through booking.com in the hope that there had been an error. We then got a message through to proceed with the online check in process of providing guests identification and pre-authorising the security deposit, which we had not been asked for first time round. This seemed promising to us. Again, we’d had contact with the property as one of the guests was waiting on her new passport so couldn’t provide guest ID and we were told that wouldn’t be an issue and can upload that when she gets it as long as the pre-authorisation had been complete. A week after rebooking we received confirmation that all our documents had been verified for the stay. Due to the previous issue we’d experienced I thought I’d just check with Sweet Inn that the same issue wouldn’t reoccur so I messaged their help chat through their app. I asked for some reassurance that the reservation would definitely go ahead. I was told that someone from the property would reach out to me with an update shortly. A couple of days had passed with no update from the property so I went on their chat function again to seek help to which I received a message to which said “As mentioned in my previous message, we won’t be able to host you. Please cancel both reservations on booking.com in order to not be charged on our system. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.” I apologised and explained that I had not received any update since I was told that a member of the team would reach out several days before hence why I had enquired again. Now the day after cancelling for the second time, the apartments have reappeared on booking.com and Sweet Inn for our dates. Which asks a few questions, why are Sweet Inn allowing their apartments to be booked when they’re not actually available and how long would Sweet Inn have left it before informing us that are booking wouldn’t go ahead if we hadn’t of reached out to them to check? All in all, our experience with Sweet Inn has been nothing but disappointing.
very disappointing
very, very disappointing. while the apartment is nice and roomy, the hot water is not working and i have been asking for 24 hours to be fixed and no success. the issue is that all communication is over message and no personal dialogue. the apt is Cerisoles 3 apt C. very disappointing
