Strolling through Covent Garden and came across Vincent by chance. Great experience chatting about the products, really friendly and fantastic customer care. True gentleman in his approach and knowledge of what best to buy. Hopefully Dad will be happy with his new aftershave as we loved it!

I have visited hays galleria and like to mention great products and great quality by an Indian guy sahil if not mistaken.

My daughter traveled to London and purchased me a razor as a gift. The issue after she got back to the states and gave it to me and I actually opened the nice little black box it comes in the razor was machined wrong where the head of the razor threads to the handle does not even thread to the handle, it just slides in and falls out. So, it's junk and useless can't use. I emailed the company back and forth sent photos, my daughter used Apple pay but because it was in April and she did not give me the gift right away, then I didn't notice right away they can't do anything. Obviously the razor is still new, never used, it can't be used. So obviously their quality control sucks. Then to top it off their customer service sucks.

Great customer service from Daniella, who recommended a small kit to take to work with me to maintain my beard throughout the day. I then ordered a larger set with a brush. All products are very good quality and they have a great selection of scents what ever your taste is! There are not many beard stores for lads so to see this one so close to home is great for me, they also offer refills on oils which is also great.

They posted a message about January sales with “up to 50% off” on top of a discount code of 20%. Although the discount code was real there were no products discounted so it seemed like false advertising to lure people in. Moreover, they don’t include the tax until checkout and any discounts are cancelled out once this is added. When I asked them show me products with discounts they appeared to delete my comment and to have blocked me on social media. Have been a loyal customer before and placed my recent order but this will probably be the last time.

Amazing place for mens products but not all about shaving . Also womens products too. I loved the place in Camden stables market and I miss the hairdresser that they used to have there as before I used to go it regularly. The staff are so cool fun and amazing and helpful too. All products all over the world work different for everyone and I have used products from here and I’ve tried some and I have sensitive skin and I’ve had no problems. Cool place in Camden stables Market so go have a look especially guys with beards etc and don’t forget they do have womens products too.

This is sold as a high quality product with a price that matches. I only shave once or twice a week and was bought the brush last Christmas. It is loosing hairs rapidly which really doesn’t feel nice when shaving and I no longer use it. What’s most disappointing though is that I contacted Sweyn Forkbeard to let them know and they haven’t even bothered to reply.

I purchased gift for others and had them shipped directly to them without any hassle or issues. I highly recommend Sweyn Forkbeard for your fragrance and various other beauty needs.

The products I got are just top shelf! When it comes to products for beard care, this brand really stood out because of their 100% organic products! I bought a razor from them which is made of bone and looks perfect as a collection piece or while shaving

I purchased a straight blade razor whilst visiting London for a gift. After gifting the razor it was noticed that there was a defect in the blade. I contacted the company who were very unhelpful and provided very poor customer service. Products apparently don’t come with a guarantee. I certainly won’t be purchasing from them again.

Hi, I came across your beard shampoo and conditioner some months ago.
After using them, I ran out and did not re-order. What a mistake that was. I have gone months with a dry and out of condition beard.
I have took my delivery recently and started to use the products. Wow! it is amazing, feels so good.

This company clearly hate to hear the truth and are rude when informing them of a problem with their product- look at their other poor reviews and responses.
Bought a jasmine shampoo bar from Camden Market store this last week. My hair following was coated in goodness knows what- it was the worst shampoo bar I’ve ever used. I had to use a cleansing shampoo to get it out. I am now covered head to toe in eczema- never had a problem with natural products before.
Contacted the company and they were so patronising! Asked to return for a refund as not fit for purpose- well this was like red rag to a bull. Couldn’t care less as they’ve got your money (they said as much).
Avoid this company, they aren’t worth your money and their products are far from natural! They have the worst attitude ever when messaging them! I’ll contact my bank next week, send them all the messages sent. I won’t let them get away with this!
UPDATE FROM RESPONSE-
All utter lies. I have a bank statement and a receipt from this company. They didn’t want to see it as they “don’t do refunds!” even for products that’s left you in a complete mess.
Thankfully my bank have all screenshots taken from their Facebook chat to prove what’s happened! Hahaha not a customer! Tell visa that!! I will also add this response as again evidence they are complete liars!
You are essentially scammers please please take heed in my warnings!

I managed to get a full refund from visa disputes.

Please note this company has been an utter nightmare! Called me a scammer and said I didn’t buy from them. Not to mention requested this review to be removed! Also a social media outlet also reinstated my video review too that you also lied when reporting it.

See above tick on this review that states verified. I’ve supplied trust pilot with all my proof of purchase and they have verified that I purchased this product!
Sveyn Forkbeard you can lie all you like but the truth always prevails, I sat back patiently and waited!

Think carefully before attempting to do what you’ve done to me before doing it to others. You’ve made yourself look utterly incompetent and the true liars you are! Clearly others have just accepted your behaviour, I had no intention of that.

I got the face wash for my partner for Xmas. It's a very good product, but I really would prefer that a company that positions itself as sustainable didn't use Styrofoam pellets in their packaging.

I’ve been using Sweyn Forkbeard beard oils, balms and conditioner as part of my daily routine for a few years now since I was introduced to the products via my son. The fragrance of the British Gentleman products is simply mesmerising. Always superbly presented and made with well selected natural ingredients. I even bought the donkey milk soap once as a trial and was amazing. I’m a picky person and I consider their work well worth the money. If I was ever around London I’d pop in for a trim as no doubt the service in person would be as amazing as the service and products online. Nope not on any form of commission just a very loyal and happy customer. RW xxx
