I was looking to leave a review for your company as I brought some products which were of okay quality, however, I've just seen your horrible response to a customer who I guess has been buying from you for a while. You rudely suggested he goes back to Gillette as he might not be clever enough to use a hand razor? You, Sir, have lost a customer, if this is how you treat people who buy from you, then I'm sorry I won't be buying your products again.

Low quality razors and extremely poor service and insults by the owner George G. over emails on compaints.
I have been with these guys for quite a while always getting oils and balms and soaps for shaving and aftercare.
I recently descided to buy one of their blades which was the Finger Razor SF now this fot a bit of oil in the pin in the middle as it would during use but it loosened up an would not close properly no more so I have descided to report it.
On the return I was insulted and finally got to an agreement for an exchange of an item so I went for something simpler which was the Safety Razor Thor´s Hammer.
After 2 uses its already rusted and paint has chipped off the handle and at this point I have waisted £25 on a razor thats rusty which on attempt of return I was further insulted by George G. who I understand runs the place.
Conclusion get your oil and balm or soap from there if youre hellbound on it but I can tell you there are better places to get it from and at all cost AVOID BUYING A RAZOR from them.
I know I wont be going back and I have made sure all my friends and family are aware of this experience as well.

The shaving razors are personal products and we can´t give a refund after months using it. Thanks for your review and we will try to continue improving.
Quality hand produced mens products!
Quality hand produced mens grooming products! I have very sensitive skin and would not use anything other than their shaving products ever again! The cooling after shave gel contains no alchohol so didnt cause any irritation and left my skin feeling amazing!
