Nicole Campbell of Swift Resolution worked absolutely brilliantly on my case, successfully retrieving substantial funds owed to me by Shire Car Sales of Bromsgrove. All funds owing to me were retrieved, and with remarkable speed. Nicole Campbell is an absolutely brilliant psychologist in the field of Debt Retrieval, knowing exactly how to pressure the debtor to make him feel as distressed as possible, resulting in co-operation even from a very reluctant and criminally-inclined debtor. In fact, after being forced to pay Court fees and numerous other expenses, the debtor ended up losing over five times the amount of money he owed me personally, and he now also has both a County Court Judgement and a High Court Judgement against him in connexion with my case. I will certainly contact Nicole Campbell at Swift Resolution immediately, in the event that I have any further need for Debt Collection. It would be impossible to find a more effective Debt Collector.

Nicole has been great, she is very on top of her work and always keep us informed with the monthly check ins. She's very professional, always really friendly and has helped us to recover a good sum of debt. One small recommendation for the company would be to have individual e-mail addresses instead of client mailboxes, makes video calling difficult.
