wasn't going to write a review but just came across someone I know who had a similar experience. i was mis-sold a water contract under false expectations, was told to disregard the prices in the email as the prices told to me on the call will be the ones getting charged as they are the brokers and discounts are applied, i have been trying to reach the so called broker/employee of swiftswitch for the past 6 months and he has not returned any of my calls or messages, a few messages from his colleague were passed onto him to to call me but nothing, just be aware and careful when dealing with them.
