Jodie was extremely helpful and took all the stress away of changing suppliers and saved me money

This company (Swift Switch) miss-sold the contract and our water charges tripled in costs with Waterplus when they offered savings. AVOID this company as they cannot be trusted and rush through contracts.

Good, polite, friendly attitude. Price was competitive and was able to offer a service that met my needs.

Took time to go over figures etc. Talked me through the process of completing the paperwork.

Went to SwiftSwitch to get quotes for business water supply. Spoke with Aaron who found me a much better deal than our previous broker. This was a great saving for our small chariable theatre. Aaron was friendly, knowlegable and did not waffle or try and bamboozle me. Also mad the switch painless and easy.
Also gave great info on Electricity supply as well.

Did not manage to find a cheaper alternative, but did find a company with a different way of billing which preferred to current provider.
Change over has not yet happened, so will see when current contract ends.
