If i could give zero stars I would. Complete fraud. Purchased item 5/25. Supposedly “shipped” 5/28. After a week i decided to track my order only to find tracking showed they printed the label but never actually shipped my item. Emailed them only to receive a form email back. Shipping is supposed to take 7 business days bit I gave them 8. Called them to report i still had not gotten my item and what tracking showed. Representative confirmed that a label was printed but it was never shipped. Was told it would be escalated to the next department to look into it snd i would need to call back 6/20! Almost a month later and I am the one who needs to follow up???!! Called back a few days later and said I would just like to cancel my order and get a full refund. At this point i was told that I now have to wait until 6/21 for that because they may actually find and ship my package. I asked if they are actually even investigating this and they said the warehouses get noticed in case anything shows up. How ridiculous. My husband and I have run a retail shipping business for over 30 years and could never imagine doing this. Informed them i was contacting my bank to report fraud to get my money back.

I have had no problem with swimsuits in my size 10 from other companies. I ordered from Swimsuits for all and the "size 10" was more like a size 6. I had purchased a few other bathing suits from a well known department store at the same time in my size and they fit perfectly. Also, the suit itself was cheaply finished.

I bought a swimsuit based on recommendations from people in a yoga swim class I take. In fewer than 12 one hour classes, the suit shows extreme fading, very unsightly. I received one automatic response but no one from customer service responded back to discuss the complaint. Don’t buy!

I've been loyal for years. But just noticed a charge of 16.95 coming from my account. It was my husband's account and he doesn't notice anything so it has been coming out for 2 years. I called them and they said I agreed to be a part of this program and they sent me a welcome email. I went through every single email they've sent and found NOTHING. And I know I would never sign up for anything like that. They refunded me 11 months which tells me they know what they are doing. BEWARE.

This company charged my credit card twice for my order which prompted my first call where I was told "due to inflation, the cost of my suits went up " of course it turns out I was charged twice because the first charge was what I ordered and the second was what was sent. I never once received an order confirmation and/or tracking number, I called and asked for it and was refused the information. Told to check my email. All I receive is spam emails soliciting me to buy more. I had ordered a suit Dept 66 Style 1253-5 Size 22 and I received Dept 66 Style 0031-6 Size 14. I tried to get a refund and return and again was told to check my email, it never arrived. I was also auto enrolled to a $16 a month club "to save money" without permission and so had to cancel my credit card. I contacted them again to try and return this unopened, entirely wrong item and told it's past the return period. I am not impressed and definitely doubt the validity of this company.

The returns are an absolute joke. Huge restocking fee unless you take store credit. Then they never sent the code for the gift card when I did return the items. So I had to call. When I finally get my second transaction going, they’re charging me over $20 for standard shipping. Of swimsuits! They just put them in a plastic bag and send via USPS. There is no way they’re paying that much for shipping. But I guess that’s how they make their profits.

Never do business with this company. Learn from my $100 mistake.

They are a complete scam! Charged my card for the order then the website said there was a problem with processing. Spke with their chatbot that said the order didnt go through and I would receive a refund in 2 to 3 business todays. A complete scam!

Customer service won't reply. Lost $40 due to their outrageous cost of shipping. Poor return experience and poor quality clothes would rate a 0

Deceptive return policy. Says free returns in the policy and it costs me $10.99 to get credit back to my credit card. Will never use again. So sick of scammers.

AVOID!! Got catalog, wanted more product info, went on line and ordered...$186.16. Then noticed catalog offered code for free shipping over $79. Called customer service to question why prom code not on line...amend my order. Told me order already in process not possible. Asked to speak with supervisor, none available. Requested call back to me...no. Told to call back after lunch. Doubt we were in same time zone!! Called back new rep, told me he would waive $24.98 Shipping. Asked for email to that effect, never arrived. Statement came yesterday, no amendment. Called again and told not possible to refund shipping. Asked for supervisor, none available. Was told no record of previous calls. Transferred me to complaint resolution. Told nothing could be done. I suggested Catalog codes should also appear online. Offer was valid until 4/15/24. Sending all back with restocking fee of $10.99 plus shipping. $35.97 later plus shipping and no suit! WHAT! NEVER AGAIN! Guess I'm helping pay salaries for shippers and incompetent customer service. I want no part of Swimsuits for All and their products.

Ordered two tankini tops. Product is great quality. Not at all happy will arrival of product, took over two weeks to arrive, was total I would receive an email with order #, never received. Finally got a hold of customer service they were able to provide order# and total me it was on its way. Once I received, unfortunately they were two small, first of all shipping is high, then when I wanted to exchange for size was told I would be charged a restocking fee even though I was going to exchange for size. Ended up canceling the whole order with it costing me 14.95 to ship and 10.99 to restock. Total of 25.95 for nothing but frustration. So u better be sure of ur size before u order. O yeah I could have gotten a refund with their e-bay card but then I had to buy with their companies. Too many easier alternatives out there to use than this.

Ordered a swimsuit and did not receive it. I called Customer service to inquire and was told they would mail an affidavit for claim of refund. Re-ordered the suit because I needed it for a trip. Completed the affidavit and returned, they never received it. The poor customer service led me to dispute with my credit card, won the dispute; end of story no.

They circled back and wanted payment claiming I received the merchandise. I disputed with them directly, nope. Now they have sent me to collections. I have now engaged an attorney to resolve this matter.

I am sorry if you have a high chargeback rate, but I did not order this and claim to not receive it for free merchandise. I don't need 2 of the same suits. I truly didn't receive this merchandise order. You cannot provide proof of delivery - you keep saying when I received it based on the information in the computer. I see most every delivery truck that is in the cul-de-sac, and alerted of every one of them by my dogs.

Disgusted by their return policy. Cost me $10.99 to return a bathing suit that was on sale for $16. And when I tried to enter the "order number" there were so many numbers (invoice, customer and who knows what else) I could not get it to work. Had to use email

This use to be not a bad company before...Their customer service has always been bad ! Im having issues with them right now...no invoice, but they took my money..Im in Canada, so they gave me a number to inquire with there international people...The number went to a pharmaceutical company...not affiliated! I will be surprised if i see my order...

Total scam of a company. I noticed a monthly charge on my statement. When I called they told me I signed up for free shipping membership in 2022. I never did. They said they will only refun 11 changes out of 20. Complete fraud. I’ve scoured the website and there is no place where it gives one an opportunity to choose this. They said it only happens after you place the order. So clearly no one is electing to do this if you have already made the purchase. Complete fraud. I will take them to small claims. I will die on this hill.

I bought a something and immediately tried to cancel it. They told
Me it was in pre-shipment and couldn’t be cancelled. It was literally 3 minutes later. They want to ship it to me and have me return it it but of course I would lose my 20 dollars shipping. Customer service is horrible!

Totally got sucked into this scam of company. When you order don't expect to be able to return OR exchange the item and get your money back. They will put the refund/exchange on a gift card. Then you have to order something again plus shipping. So it turns out that I now am spending double of the original cost because now I will have to order something again for the amount I spent plus shipping. Argh Hopefully I learned not to EVER order from them again!!!! The operator was laughing every time I said NO to the ongoing keep you in the spending loop. He said chuckling,"I understand." READ THE FINE PRINT! Stay Away/UNSUBSCRIBE!

Customer service is not helpful. I have ordered from them before and never had a problem. This time they sent me a wrong item and could not seem to comprehend that a sports bra is not a tankini! I just want them to send me the item I already paid for and it was impossible to get that thought across to the "csr" I was told to return the wrong item (sports bra) with the shipping code but the email shows the tankini top as being the item returned. I guess I wont order from them again and won't recommend them to anyone again.

Yes, they have nice swimsuits but it comes with a price. The price of the suits are high & their shipping is even higher! One top shipped to me was $12.00! The swim top didn't fit so I needed to return. When ordering I saw that returns were allowed but I missed the fine print. I was just seeing all the promises and slogans - literally. Ugh. The free return with an e-gift card is only a store credit more less. It can not be used anywhere else. Other option is to return & pay $11.00 shipping! That totals my shipping to $23 in all! I online shop almost daily but will not shop here again, and I do not recommend due to their unreasonable, strict, expensive return policy. It cost too much to shop here!

They will sign you up for membership if you order online. That will cost you $16.95/month. What do you get? Free shipping assuming you are buying a LOT of swimsuits EVERY month, that will work for you. They immediately cancel your membership if you call them. Oh yeah. They are slick when you order. CAUTION!
