DON’T BUY FROM THEM! This place is a scam. Had e gift card from a return and they cancelled it a year later so I wasn’t able to use it. Two chats and 4 calls later and they are telling me they won’t reissue it so I’m out $67. Their website says the credit never expire but here I am without my money!

What they don’t tell you on their website- returns are not free, they charge $10+ to credit back you own money or you can get a e gift card that doesn’t work.

Shipping took 4 weeks and that was after several days of processing.

Customer service doest know how to do anything, they give excused and send you to another person.

The sizes are all over the place,the same item could be two different sizes because it’s cheaply and quickly made.

My bank alerted me to a possible fraudulent charge from this company. I had ordered a swim suit top and bottom from them in June. I returned the bottoms (which they charged a $10 restocking fee and you don’t even want to get me started on that). When I started going through my account I noticed another $16.95 fee last month. I called the companies customer service and lo and behold somehow I was subscribed into their monthly “membership rewards program” that costs $16.95 a month. I’ve never heard of a rewards program that you get charged for! They are returning the fee I incurred yesterday, but will not refund the one from July. Beware and watch your bank statements. I have no idea how I got into this subscription and I have no idea how long my card would have been charged before I would have caught it.

I ordered a size 16. This is more a size 12. I called 2 months after going to the emergency department to let them know what happened and that I was in a coma for a little bit and I wanted to know if they can extend the exchange/return . I talked to a manager - there was no budging, she said I missed the return date and had no empathy at all. I told her I would give them the proof of being in the hospital. I didn't even get an I'm sorry or anything, no empathy at all . All I wanted was an exchange or a gift certificate and I had like $200 in returns. I have purchased from them many times before and the size 16 sometimes has a 40 inch, which is what a 16 is supposed to be and sometimes not. For instance this one only measured 33inches around! So it is also false advertisement. I purchased a 16 but basically got a size 10 or 12 and they still won't return it. Horrible company to deal with and you have to pay for your returns. I now have to spend the time and sell these on eBay for less than half of what I purchased it for. Also, this company makes swimsuits for short women. From the top of the shoulder down to the bottom of the cup it's only 10 and 1/2 in! If anybody tall wears this and lifts their arms their chest will come out the bottom of the suit super easily. If you're someone who always has to extend your bra straps to fit your shoulders to your breasts this one is not for you!

I would give this business a negative 10 star review if I could. I ordered a couple of swimsuits since I was having a hard time finding tops my size. I was excited to see the range of sizes and that they were based off of cup sizes (or so I was led to believe on their website) . I followed the measuring videos and placed my order. Took 3 weeks to get the order and when they arrived, they were about two sizes too small. I called customer service and explained what the issue was and that I needed to exchange since the size that was stated would fit me was way too small. The CS rep hardly spoke English and it was as if I was wasting her time. Thirty minutes later, she tells me that my return label would be emailed as well as my replacement slip to replace the items for a different size. At this point, she informed me that there would be a 12.99 restocking fee even though I was exchanging for the exact same thing. I asked why and she said company policy which made me a little mad. Call ended and I never got the email. To make matters worse, the swimsuit was for a trip and I enjoyed a swimsuit-less vacation at the beach. After returning the next week, I called customer service again and the next girl spoke a little better English and was able to email me the return label and exchange form. I asked her if the 12.99 restocking fee would be removed and she said yes. I shipped the items back with the forms and made copies (thank goodness). Two weeks later I start noticing multiple debit charges and credits on my account from this place. After looking at it, they credited my card with the return MINUS the restocking fee. Then they started charging me for each individual swimsuit top. The prices were different because I used their discount that was available when I first ordered but apparently, they would no longer apply it even though it was an even exchange. Then I noticed that one swimsuit was no longer available (which they charged over $40 when it was originally $23) but then credited it back. The swimsuit that they replaced was now over $50 when it was originally $34. So by the time the replacement was made, the original swimsuit (that was $34) is now $54 PLUS the 12.99 restocking fee costing double of what it was originally. The replacement is supposed to arrive today and if it doesn't fit, I am going to be furious. I would encourage everyone to NOT do any business with this shady company. Lesson learned the hard way for me. This place should be investigated.

I tried to cancel an order the day after I placed it and was told I couldn't because it was already shipping, and she convinced me to wait for the order and then just return it. When I asked if there was free returns, she said "of course, as long as you use our return label that will be emailed to you", so I decided to wait and then I would return the order... First of all, It didn't ship for 4 more days, then when I tried to return the items they want to charge me $10.99 for shipping. When I reached out via chat and email, I also shared screen shots of the conversation where their associate told me the return would be free. They are refusing to honor the information that I was given and even hung up on me during a chat. Terrible customer service, and YES, they do charge you fees to return, so don't let them tell you otherwise. Will never order from them again

Quality = Bad, Service = Bad. DO NOT ORDER. Ordered 2 swimming suits, same style, same size, but different colors. One is about 2 sizes too small the other fits perfectly. The one that was too small was clearly previously returned because the tags were off -- surely because it was too small. They resold it anyway. On the one that fits, the hook is defective. The cloth loop is too long and thick for the hook and cannot be closed without assistance. I tried to place a return, but as they were shipped abroad it was 1 day past the return window. They would not accept the return even though the suit was clearly used. The customer service rep was very rude. Shame, their suits used to be good. Never again.

I ordered 3 Tankini’s from this company. When they arrived I really liked 2 but 1 didn’t fit as well so I requested a return through email as advised on their website. I was told to accept £14 as I have to pay for returns and they’re in the USA. I have had 3 days of back and forth messages with no sign of an address or a refund! The company is a complete sham and I’ve now lost out on £25!

If you want to get robbed then order form these people. They are very inticing with their promise of finding a suit that fits anyone. We all know how difficult it is for the average woman to feel good in a swim suit. These people prey on your fears to rob you. I ordered it suit. It didn't fit well and the quality was terrible. I sent it back. I paid 70.01 for it. For my return I got 43.79. They charge for shipping to get it and then charge you to send it back. Its absurd. So I paid 26.27 for absolutely nothing. that money would have been better donated to a homeless shelter. this is not a good company. don't trust them.

I have ordered from this company and liked their swimsuits before. This time I ordered three swim shirts for an upcoming trip. I ordered the same size as last time but they were too small. The reason I was comfortable ordering online was that their advertizing was free and easy. It was not. In order to get a free refund, I had to accept a gift card. The gift card never arrived. I called and was told that I had received a refund to my credit card. I had not. I spent money on this order, the initial shipping won't be refunded, I can't get an exchange before my trip, and now I am being lied to about my refund. This company has stollen $90 from me and provided nothing. I have also wasted tons of time on the phone with them.

I paid extra for express shipping. They charged my credit card on 6/29/23, when I placed my order. They then charged my credit card on 6/30/23 and credited me back the original charge, thus adjusting the shipping/ arrival date. SCANDAL
Items arrived on 7/5/23. I called and they said it was due to the holiday. I think not!

I can already tell you I’m not happy. I ordered a swimsuit over a week ago and has not shipped. I’m going on vacation in four days. People really don’t have the time or money for this kind of BS anymore.

I returned my whole order because the swimsuits were sized weirdly. Chose refund to credit card and instead they supposedly sent me an email with a gift card which I did NOT choose and do NOT want. They don't have proof of the email and I don't have the email either, so I am just out the money. Feels like a scam. Hard to contact customer service and they literally did nothing. Terrible company.

I have bought these tankini for a few years now and always have loved them. Now you have a 15.99 sale and they are all alot smaller then the ones I bought before. Is this why they was 15.99? This really sucks cause now I am afraid to order again. And your return policy sucks cause you have to pay shipping to send them back.

I made an order for a few bikinis and want to return some as they are two big. I have emailed customer services a number of times and am not getting a response. Don’t use this company their customer service is non existent. I have lost a lot of money

Had to exchange top for a different size, it was a nightmare. Bad experience asked to speak to a supervisor and they would not let me. They told me exchange for same price, but then wanted more money.

I have ordered several swimsuits over time. But today was very frustrating. I had a hard time understanding the person taking my order. I asked for someone who speaks better English she said she would speak slower. I hope I get my order right. Also very pushy on trying new products. I kept saying I just want to order one swimsuit. She was nice.

My wife’s swimsuit is too large and needs to be returned. I noticed the ‘return for gift card’ option. Their web site does not have an adequate explanation of this option so I called them. The telephone connection was not useable. Words were chopped off, making it impossible to carry on a conversation. Their $10.99 return charge is unacceptable. We will end up being out of pocket $27.97. No more business to these scammers thank you.

Sale price was NOT correct. I placed an order of over 11 pc because their price was $10, when they realized this they decided to cancel my order without refunding the money. Its been over a week since i notified them. Their customer service is so generic and useless. They cannot even read the previous conversation to ensure continuity of their service. The communication stopped since i told them my refund was still not made. The company is a complete scam. They robbed me of over 140 dollars, not to mention their shipping rates are ridiculous! The bathing suits i have ordered before are good quality, but the service of the company is not worth it. They use price gauge techniques to make you think you are getting a good deal, and when you do get a good deal they cancel the order to “fix” their prices.

My swimsuit arrived but was faulty... the cups in the bra were sticking out. I also ordered a size larger than I normally would and it was still tight. I sent it back and requested a refund. This was months ago and nothing....

I ordered a swimsuit and it was too small. They said to order a size up which I did. Still too small. The return policy is ridiculous. They charge you 10.99 to return an item. I don't want a gift card because I will never order from them again. DO NOT ORDER FROM SWIMSUITS FOR ALL.
