Rudest experience I have had dealing with a company experience today with swimsuits for all. I’ve been trying to return some thing for a week now and every time I get an attitude I don’t get proper instructions and they’re also charging me $10.99 to return this, and I’m doing the running around. The first time I try to return this I was given a code. I went down there and it wouldn’t show up I called in. They told me that the code is only good for 24 hours. I called again today, and I was told I was lying that I that was not said after I got my new code she hung up on me I will never buy from them again.

Poor quality, Over Priced, Expensive shipping. Shipping for one suit was $16.98 and I had to pay $10.99 fee to return. Plus I have to travel to a drop off area to return. (A 40 minute trip) No return label.
SFA Used to be an excellent place for Swim suits. I will no longer shop there.
I will not be visiting any of the other shopping sites they partner with.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I ordered 2 suits that was roughly $135 including their pricey shipping. They didn't work so I returned them. If you do store credit you will get 100% back, but if you want your money back GOOD LUCK! I received $90-something back from the $135 and then a week after my return I checked my account to see that there was $17 taken from me! I immediately jumped onto SS4A and there was an order number for the $17 but no description of what it was. I didn't order anything. Why did they just take my money after they had plenty of it with my having nothing to show for it. I'm currently waiting to see if I can get this resolved but wow, the WORST shopping experience ever!

They sent the swim suite to an old address on file even though they said, when we called, that it would be delivered to our current address. They wouldn’t correct the mistake or give us a refund so we went through our credit card and got a refund that way. They are now trying to seek repayment of the merchandise or, I assume they will turn it over to collections. Don’t do business with this company!!!

The shipping prices are outrageous! $23.98 shipping for two suits. THEN a $10.99 restocking charge if you return. NEVER AGAIN!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They are the worst company to order from! I don’t understand how they are even still open. I have been trying to get a refund for THREE months. They refunded me my money after a MONTH went by and I still hadn’t gotten my package. 2 weeks later they took it back out claiming my package was delivered. Now they are trying to saying I can’t get my refund back because it’s been 60days since my order was placed.

Shipping prices are excessive, the sizes are inconsistent and returning them is expensive! I wish I would have read reviews before purchasing from this company. NEVER AGAIN!!!

This company does not offer refunds, only gift certificates for future purchases. The big problem with that is they don’t honor their own gift certificates when you attempt to use them. I have been dealing with their customer service for over two months to get a resolution to my gift certificate problem. I will never order from this company again.

Why I did not listen to the negative reviews before ordering from this scam of a company! I paid for 2-day shipping and did not get the merchandise for over a month! They did not refund my 2-Day shipping cost. They also sent the wrong item and would not give me a refund or correct it. Horrible company and customer service.

This company is horrible. They charge you for shipping then if you need a refund, they charge you a large fee to have it refunded to your credit card. If you opt to take a refund in different merchandise, you then have to pay for shipping again. They are actually crooks. Without your permission they sign you up for a club membership that costs around $16.00 monthly. It is really hard to get it cancelled and impossible to get a refund for those charges. And in my sisters case they stopped for a month and then started charging her again. And usually you can find the exact same swimsuit on Amazon. DON’T USE THEM. You will be sorry.

First time ordering and they sent me the wrong item. Return was easy enough but they charged me $10.99 for their mistake. To make a long story short I've called three times and been assured I'll get all of my money back but it's been 14 days since my last call and I still don't have a full refund. Beware.

Do not order from these people. I received a communication stating that my order shipped on January 16th. That never happened. I contacted customer service and they gave me another shipping tracking numbers stating that it had shipped on the 16th. Wrong. It was a different tracking number. They never gave me any indication as to what happened to the first shipment and the second tracking number indicated that a label was created on the 19th. I emailed them again pointing out the two tracking numbers both of which just show labels created and I'm still waiting for a response.

This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. I placed an order using super fast delivery, which I was willing to pay a fortune for. 24 hours later they decided to contact me about an issue with my order and inform me that there was no way that my order would possibly get to me in the time frame promised. They offered absolutely no recourse for this nor did they attempt to make anything right. To make matters worse - their customer service representative called me from a number that came up as a potential scam number on my phone asking me to verify my full credit card number over this phone. This entire company is a SCAM and everyone should be aware.

I have ordered from this company several times. Will never order again. Purchased a tankini and bottoms didn't work so drove an hour to return at the only location. Ordered a second tankini and bottom, very long time for delivery bottom much better but instead of top they sent a pair of really ugly shoes. Arrived a day before heading on a 7 week trip. Shoes have to be returned before tanking will be shipped no exceptions to 60 day return. I have to rely on my 86 year old aunt to drive an hour to try and return the ugly huge shoes. Done, done done with all their companies.

Like many other people, if I could give them 0 starrs I would. Historically, I've never had a problem with them, but these last 2 orders have been horrible. First order was Dec 1 with standard shipping, which said to please allow up to 20 business days. I kept checking and it would continuously say not shipped. Fast forward 4 weeks and I call and they said that they emailed and called me - which they didn't- on Dec 2 to verify my debit card. At this point, I'm leaving for vacation in 8 days. I request them to cancel the order so I can reorder with the fast shipping. I do this on Dec 27, pay $43 for super fast shipping, and it still says not shipped. Just got off the phone with Mary from customer service who tells me I didn't opt for super fast shipping and that I placed the order of the 28th. I tell her I'm looking at my confirmation email and she is wrong. We argue about that, then she tells me it warehouse has pulled the items and if I don't get them in time to call them back for a refund. It made zero sense, she kept changing her story, I asked to speak to a Supervisor and like others, none were available. FRAUD, SCAM, TERRIBLE.

I would give this company a zero if I could. I placed an online order for an e gift card on Dec 23rd. I called first to verify that I would receive the email with the gift card before Christmas. I was told on the 23rd I would receive the email within 24 hours. On the 24th over 24 hours later, I called customer service to see why I had not received the email with the gift card. I spoke to Kris. She said the order was not processed. I told her it was processed because the money was out of my account. She said I would have to talk to the customer service department that handles problems with orders, and they were closed until the Monday after Christmas. I told her that was unacceptable and asked her to cancel my order since I was going to have to buy another gift. She said she didn't have the authority to do that, so I asked to speak to a manager. She put me on hold, came back and said a manager was unavailable. I asked to leave a message for a manager to call me back, and she said they don't call back. I am out the $100 until after Christmas and there is no one to help me with my order. I will never order from them again and no one else should either!!!

I am so frustrated with this company. I’m stuck with 2 swimsuits that are too loose in the leg area. I contacted customer service multiple times (12) awaiting instructions for returns and refund with absolutely no success. No website, no phone number, just customerservice.com with no response or a short email telling me to be patient. I’ve been scammed along with many others! 🤬

I am livid. I just noticed on my charge bill that I have been charged $17.88 five months in a row from August thru December for a supposed "Rewards Program" that I NEVER joined. They said I may have inadvertently joined. That's B.S. because they said I would have had to fill out all my information for this program. When I looked back at my order history each transaction from August thru December gave the order description as "Gift Card." I think they're sneaky rip offs. I will NEVER EVER order another swimsuit from them. They are refunding 4 of those months after I asked to talk to a supervisor. On top of it their cholorine resistant suits suck. They fade in a very very short time.

The website said it could deliver to South Africa. I ordered and they accepted my payment. Then, every link to customer care or customer email went to a page to say they are not delivering internationally. There is no way to contact them as ALL links go to this page. I can't even send an email to them. It feels like a major scam! I ordered and received a confirmation email. Even the link in this email simply takes you to a page that says they cannot send internationally. My order was placed on 17th Sep 2022. As at 9th Dec 2022 I have not received my order and am unable to contact anyone.
