For whatever reason, a few of my shipments did not arrive. But Swiss Cuban was fantastic in replacing the shipment in record time. And honestly. I'm surprised how fast they did it and impressed with their service.. The cigars have been fantastic and I will continue to order from them.

Terrible customer service and no cigars …
I have been a client for many years but for the last year I have experienced a number of problems with the cigars and their arrival. I have contacted Orlando ther manager and sent 7 emails with no response and left countless voicemails with no return calls. They have shipped two times and the cigars never arrived. Now I am out over $3000 and am still waiting for a response. I won’t be using them again. But need to get my money back which is hard as it was a wire transfer to a “company” in Poland.

Used to be my go to company for Cubanos but now since they are no longer shipping to the U.S., what’s the point of continuing to receive the email ads? It just makes me more frustrated when I see them hit my inbox. Think I’ll unsubscribe 😢

Overall it’s a good experience. The only issue I had was the fact that DHL did not even bother to wait a day for our contact to get back to them and they ended up returning our cigars. This took another +10 days for us waiting to receive this precious shipment. Terrible
