Since my first order, about 3-4 years ago, I have had a very good collaboration with customer service. Very prompt and very fair. Even though in two cases the delivery problem was related to the customs service in my country and not to Swiss Cigars, they solved it in my favor, without trying to dodge. All Cuban cigars are fake！！！
All Cuban cigars on this site are counterfeit products; their boxes and cigar bands are all imitations. They may resemble genuine ones in taste and wrapper color, but you must not be tricked. I sent an email to the seller, but there’s no way they will acknowledge this fact.
