My son has always wanted a Swiss Army Knife, he will be 13 in December and we have a plan to start fishing in the spring.
I found this great website "Swisstool", so I purchased a Knife for him and had it ingraved with his name.
It came in the post in no time and it was fabulous, he's name was ingraved beautifully on both sides.
My son will Love it

Received the Swiss Army knife but could not open the various tools easily. As per the companies T&C, I contacted them within 7 days to say I wanted to return it. I’ve now completed the contact form and sent two emails but no reply so far. I can’t return the knife as I very much doubt I’ll receive a refund. I would not recommend this company, there isn’t as far as I can tell, a straight forward returns policy just complicated terms and conditions. Very poor customer service.

'Climber' knife ordered with personalisation - simple to do on website, plenty of fonts and spacing options. Delivered well-packaged a few days later. Gift for my daughter, should now be the first item she packs on her travels!

I was little worried after placing order and not getting confirmation, so I called the company a couple of days later and spoke to Steven who was extremely helpful, he sent the email again which went straight into my junk folder of outlook. He checked into my order which was in the process of being made and 2 days later I've received my order which is perfect. I'd recommend them happily.

Item not delivered. No response from seller. I'd avoid as I'll try chargeback on card.

Similar to another reviewer, I also ordered a penknife for a present. They took my money, emailed to confirm and then nothing. Despite me phoning and emailing, couldn't get hold of anyone.

I have disputed the charge with my bank, and they are now investigating. I suggest anyone in the same position do the same, and also let Victorinox know that one of their Approved Stockists is taking money and not despatching goods.

I ordered a knife for a birthday paid for 3 day delivery it’s been 9 days with no delivery. No response to multiple emails or voicemails.

The engraved Super Tinker I gifted for Father’s Day really made my husbands day. The engraving looks lovely, service excellent and delivery prompt. Will most definitely be ordering again from Swisstool.

Really impressive too was the speed of the whole process. Couldn't believe it, and so simple to make my order plus delivered by Royal Mail, so no waiting around all day looking out for delivery vans that turn up (or not) at anytime.
