I recently ordered a cycling t-shirt from Velotees and couldn’t be happier. The quality of the fabric is excellent soft, comfortable, and holds its shape after washing.
Delivery was quick and the sizing was accurate.
My husband loves his tee shirt. Its fits brilliantly and i loved the quality. Not too thin or too heavy.
I have written 3 emails asking for instructions on how to exchange a t- shirt for a larger size. No phone number provided so you have to write in. No response. Very poor customer service so far considering they advertise that they are a caring company.
3 weeks on and have now resolved the issue and an exchange t- shirt is in the post
I ordered and paid for a t shirt but after 2 weeks, have heard nothing. No tracking details, emails bouncing back, when I click on 'view your order' nothing happens. Link to website doesn't work. Will now have to chase up with my bank. Looks like a scam, don't bother here. Save your time & money

I had given 1 star and revised it to 3.5. They are now trying to resolve the matter. Maybe there’s someone behind this after all.
Update 2: A replacement was sent. It arrived late and was no longer a birthday present. But it got here which is something.
