Family Friendly Innovators
What impresses me even more than the innovation of their products, is their customer support. I have many SwitchBot products ranging from the original bot, the K10+ vacuum, all 3 of the Switchbot Lock Products including the keypad Pro and most recently their doorbell. All of these have astounded me in making everyday tasks simplistic and automated in ways I didn’t even know i needed. Throughout my “Switchbot journey” I have hit bumps in the round regarding adaptability and even 2 warranty returns and EVERY SINGLE TIME I have reached out to them they have be patient helpful and forthcoming and they give the impression of a very friendly family company while simultaneously spouting out technology I didn’t even know existed. Thank you Switchbot for making my custom feel appreciated.
I've tried a few of SwitchBot products…
I've tried a few of SwitchBot products now, among them switchbot lock, lock pro, air purifer and more and I have to say they are some of the most convient and user friendly devices I have ever used.
What I think really sets them apart is how uniqe their solutions are, they solve everyday problems in ways no other brand seem to think about.
Their customer support is probably the best I have ever experienced. They truly care about their customers, answer fast and go above and beyond to to solve your problems and makes sure everything works perfect.

Not getting my money back!
I returned my items 26.6.2025 and money was supposed to be returned to my bank account asap.
After many contacts I get message from them 17.8.2025 due to system error they can not send the money to my bank account and ask for Paypal account to send it. Today 3.9.2025 I still havent reiceived my money back.
No update, no replies
I made an order at the beginning of August. 2 weeks later as there was no update on my order I contacted the customer service. They replied that the item I ordered is out of stock ans will be back at the end of August. Today is 3 of September. I sent another message to customer service 3 days ago and there has been no reply. I am going to open a dispute on the transaction. I don’t recommend this store.
Keypad Vision
Easy to install, I love that I don't have to come near the door then touch the fingerprint sensor and then wait anymore, especially holding groceries bags. I go straight to the door and then stand a second and it opens (I would love it to detect me while walking, I walk almost 2 meters straight to the door)
It's a wow effect for guests and neighbors.
But all consider a very nice product I recommend.
Unacceptable service!!!
I’ve ordered locker ultra with facial recognition on 15th of August (order #EU51163 ). Today is 1st of September and my order didn’t even shipped to me. Customer supports heavily reply on my messages (2 reply’s for 2 weeks period)
Support mentioned to me that reason of delay is because I’ve ordered silver color and it’s out of stock BUT at the moment when I ordered it it was in stock. Right now I can open Amazon and can see silver color in stock with tommorow delivery timeframe.
So I’m going to open a court case against switch bot since they charged me but did not provide any services and heavily reply on my questions.
Switchbot refund me my money back which you charged me and do not provide any service !
I have 3 locks bought from Switchbot
I have 3 locks bought from Switchbot. Most failed within a year as l can't calibrate the lock anymore. The worst is that the most recent lock which is still under warranty, you can't get any response from their support team. Think hard before you purchase

I would advise not to buy from this company. On paper, they look really good and they do have really good products that can’t be found anywhere else. In reality, their products are very badly made and are not made to last. In the space of two years I have had to buy two curtain robots and two door locks because they each simply failed after a few months of usage. I am a tech enthusiast and I am an early adaptor of technology, this company is not a start up. You would expect more stable products from them, alas sadly this is not the case. Please save your money and look elsewhere
Great Smart Lock for Families
We’ve been using the SwitchBot Lock Pro for a few months and it works very well for our family. The kids use fingerprints, and our pet sitter uses a code we enable when needed. Setup was quick, the iOS app is simple, and daily use has been smooth so far.
Two downsides:
• You can’t set a recurring temporary code (e.g. every Monday 4–5 PM), which would be very useful.
• The mounting plate can get loose and sometimes needs retightening.
Overall, a reliable and convenient smart lock that just needs a couple of tweaks to be perfect.
K10+ is great and app works well for me
My main experience is with the K10+ and the customer service team. I recomend the k10+ so much for its compact size, my apartment is less than 700sqft i dont need a huge bot, this gets into tiny corners and navigates smalls spaces easy. They kindly listened to my feedback about future revisions like bagless empty station and to continue to make this line of full featured small robot vaccumes!

Great company, great products, great satisfaction.
I've started buying their products by chance, with no particular confidence, and I've started reporting some troubles due to the fact the products were quite "new" and needing some improvements, but after contacting the Customer Support I've found a very comfortable approach, and effective solutions came quite soon with new firmware, bug fixes and products improvements !
I then bought many other products, always finding a very professional approach on every details, starting from packaging of the products, to clever solutions for everyday use of their products.
They are very careful when it comes to improve their products, listening to customers' needs, and finding the best solution for each case.
At the moment they still lack some improvements in printed manuals translations to local languages (they are using automatic translators for sure, thus they write very funny non-sense informations on manuals...), but I prefer a bad translated manual to a bad engineered product.
And their products are always a step ahead compared to all the others.
Now, when I need something, I always check if they already have such product, and I often find it among their ones.
A very positive experience !
BTW: since they are growing fast, it might happen that sometimes they take some days more to answer your requests, but they never missed one anyway ! ;-)

I have a Lock Pro, temp sensors, Hub Mini and some Bot (smart buttons). Great experience, I'm loving the improvements they got so far - hoping they will keep growing like this. Hope they remove the API limit (10000 reqs/day), it's a little bit frustrating.
I've been using the SwitchBot K10+…
I've been using the SwitchBot K10+ robot hoover for a few weeks now, and it's been a complete game-changer for keeping our house tidy. The first thing that struck me was how incredibly quiet and compact it is. We have quite a few rooms and a lot of furniture, but the K10+ zips around them effortlessly, getting into all the little nooks and crannies that our old hoover would miss. The suction power is impressive for its size, picking up crumbs and pet hair from both our hard floors and carpets with ease. The self-emptying base is an absolute godsend – it's so satisfying to know it's taking care of itself and the dustbin is always empty and ready for the next clean, saving me from frequent trips to the bin.
What truly elevates this package, however, is the handheld hoover. It's lightweight, powerful, and perfect for all those quick clean-ups that the robot can't handle, like spills on the kitchen counter, dusty skirting boards, or even crumbs in the car. It's especially useful for the stairs, where the robot can't reach. It's a fantastic, versatile addition that means I no longer have to lug a big, heavy hoover out for small jobs.

Overall great products. Biggest issue is that sometimes have to be patient to get your order and get support. They also announce features which are then delayed again for 2 months (home assistant). I guess it is just a small team that is growing (too) quickly. I’ll give them some time

Ordered a three pack; actually seems to be a great product- the ones that actually work. One of the three is faulty- randomly bleeping and disconnecting. Contacted switchbot support who were quick to respond with a generic response eg send us more info etc which I have done. Then nothing- just silence. Or responses that just repeat the same request for info.
I presume their entire support team is just an AI bot.
Will return them for a full refund. Shame, as the working ones seem useful.
The products are great value for money
The products are great value for money. Bought the curtain motors a long while back and still work. Now i bought the new S20 Vacuum and for now it does what it promises.

Recently bought the SwitchBot Battery Circulator fan and its one of the best purchases I’ve made. The fan itself is very powerful yet very quiet . Helps keep the airflow in the room.

I've been a customer since 2022. I use three bots to control three different condominium gates. Everything works extremely well, it's very practical, and the app runs smoothly. It also provides great notifications when there are firmware updates or when the batteries need changing. The support team is on top of things, and overall the experience has been truly excellent. I've also purchased some meters for measuring humidity and temperature.
