Switch2 has provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We never received a single bill by post or email, despite believing our Direct Debit had been set up correctly. The first communication we received was a demand for payment, with no explanation as to why no bills had ever been issued or why our Direct Debit hadn't been collected.
Trying to contact the company has been just as frustrating. Multiple emails have gone unanswered, and the one response we did receive completely failed to address our complaint. Their website is also appalling; key functions don't work, and there isn't even a straightforward way to notify them that you're moving home.
The administration is completely disorganised, communication is non-existent, and no one seems willing to investigate or take responsibility for what has gone wrong. Customers shouldn't have to chase basic information or be expected to pay bills they've never even been sent without any explanation.
I would not recommend Switch2 to anyone. Avoid if you have the choice.
Had a bi-annual service done on my Switch2 boiler by John who was very thorough and professional. He checked the boiler function, heating, water temperature and bled the radiators after dispensing the air that naturally builds up in the system. I feel very happy and reassured.

Shambles of a company.
I phoned Switch2 today regarding a meter reading that showed I owe over £1,000, even though I haven't used their energy supply for months because of an ongoing issue with my heating system, which I have reported several times.
The lady I spoke to today was patient, understanding, and genuinely willing to help. She listened to my concerns, explained the situation clearly, and treated me with kindness and respect. While my issue is still being resolved, I really appreciated the excellent customer service I received from her.
the line was busy but asked to hold and they got back to me within minutes which i understood.....far better than just not able to get through and asked to call later..... They were quick and efficient and I was glad they asked for answers to security questions as I have been hacked recently. ......so know this practice is important.
