Easy and quick process supported by Simon in customer support. I ported my existing Uk number to the service within 48 hours and am now receiving calls through the app at a fraction of the price of my existing contract. Great service so far!

I would highly recommend Swytch if you're living abroad and need a UK contact number.
Setting up my line and voicemail was easy, and within a few minutes, I had an active number that was ready to use.

This is a good service to keep one UK's phone number while living abroad, perfect for situations in which after a while one keeps discovering dependencies on the UK phone number but it is no longer to keep an UK contract.
The app is not great to receive calls but it works pretty well for SMS messages still necessary to authenticate oneself with many companies.

Seamless process, Simon was very helpful and all correspondence on email was swift and professional. App easy to install and use and text messages for OTP online banking works successfully. So far quality of calls work really well and being abroad makes it less painful than relying on Whatsapp. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Recently left the UK, tried to use a PAYG but in the US it just was not working out, so ported my number over to Swytch. It works seamless, great mobile app! Highly recommended.

Great service, I left the UK for over 2 years and wanted to keep my number. Having Swytch enabled me to keep my same number I have had for 10+ years, and I was able to receive one time passwords, codes and avoid the enormous headache of changing numbers!

The service is easy to set up and simple to use. My situation required me to maintain a UK number while no longer residing in the UK, and Swytch allowed me to do that with minimal cost. I’ve used this service for several years. It worked well for international calls and texts. Only occasionally I found that 2FA texts would not always work.

Service is patchy at best.
Quite often the call will not connect, or if it connects, there is no sound.
Those same calls connect without problem when I try on a normal mobile or landline.
I think I will try HUSHED or similar service and see if I get a better result...

It was very easy to create my account and the service was up and running within a day. I needed to transfer my UK number and make it my primary number on the app — Simon was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly and guided me through the transition, which didn’t take long at all.

I’m currently using the service abroad and, although there are some minor issues from time to time, I’m very happy with how it works. It does exactly what I need — keeping me connected to my UK number as if I were still in the UK, as long as I have WiFi or data from a local provider wherever I am.

Email responses were quick, and all my questions were answered every time. Really pleased with the service so far. Recommended!
